Clay Pot Katwa Gosht Recipe.
After looking over the internet, I couldn't find many Katwa recipes! So I decided to make a Katwa and record it along the way.
Katwa dishes are a classic in my home city of Attock, cooked for many generations for special occasions such as Eid, Shaadi walimahs and Quran Hathums.

Katwa fell out of favor and, for a time, disappeared completely off of the wedding food menus in Chaach. in part due to the advent of wedding halls who didnt like Katwa on account of the long prep time, specialized chefs, fragile clay-pots, and buffalo meat which can only be sourced by slaughtering the animals yourself.
Although It has made a bit of a come back over the last few years, still a rarity.
