Led by ECO Challenge winner and world-renowned adventure athlete, Nathan Fa’avae, Avaya has won 6 of the last 7 World Championships.
During the 2018 World Championship Adventure Race on Reunion Island, Chadwick uncovers the secret to success for this high-performing team.
Fa’avae and his team - Fleur Pawsey, Stu Lynch, and Chris Forne - race against the clock to conquer extreme terrain for 5 days with little sleep.

great stuff! A couple of reminders I got from this...
- Carry each other
- Don't focus solely on your task but look for ways to help the team out. Am I doing everything to help the team? (Matthew 7:12)
- Put team before self
- Be willing to work hard for the your team
- If someone is suffering... help them
- Do your best at every given time
- Enjoy the hard times
- Focus on the challenge in front of you.
- Appreciate the adventure
- Know your contribution to the overall goal
- play to your strengths
- expect to be humbled. Embrace it.
- Share in each others suffering (burden)
- Expect things not to be fun. Things aren't always fun
- Remember you can go further than you think you can
- have a high level of trust and respect- This comes with sharing intense experiences.
