Hi Maria Lovely cheesecake. I make mine like you do but add liqueurs to my cheese mix but I add the fruit to the cheese mix and decorate the top with a few segments of fruit on top. I use a bigger flan dish so the cheesecake is shallower. But will be making one like yours next week. All for now. See you in the next one x

Hi Maria cheesecake looks delicious but I was recently given diagnosis of being pre diabetic and v high cholesterol. That was enough to frighten me into changing my diet. The NHS offered me a place on a pre diabetic course as diabetes is becoming a big problem. So I’m not on a diet as such, just changing the way I eat. Lost 1kg in a month not much but if weight comes off slowly without me dieting as such, I’m happy. I’m having 1 biscuit a day, chose to have that at 7pm, can you imagine how I’m feeling at that time😂xx❤
I make a raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake with a ginger nut and digestive base I crush the biscuits for the base makes it crispier looks nice though x
Thanx for your vid looked very nice we went to the Cotswolds my fav places were Cirencester Bourton on the water & Broadway that was a lovely picturesque place & James martins place we also went to Diddly Squat farm but was full of mud had to park on a field & the ques was miles long so didn’t stay then we went to Bicester village shopping outlet very nice but too expensive for me we just had a walk round then into the little village itself all in all enjoyed our time there but the weather could have been better enjoy your cheesecake & good luck with your SW journey ❤

Whenever i switch on the hoover and it comes on before i turn it on, i do find it annoying, so i blame my hubby of course, who says he didnt leave it on ha! Your cheesecake looks delicious, i picked a feozen one up from Aldi, but it can't beat homemade of course! Looking forward to your diet meals take care x
Hi Maria, loved the video but I would have cut the strawberries in halves and put them on top instead of the biscuits. I am afraid I am the same as you once the biscuits are open I can’t wait until they are all gone.❤️❤️

Hi Maria. Your cheesecake looks delicious. Coincidence but we had a get-together with friends last might and I made a Terry's chocolate orange cheesecake. I drizzled melted chocolate over the top and grated chocolate to sprinkle over it. Everybody said how yummy it was. I use the grandchildren as an excuse to have biscuits but my downfall is crisps. My daughter just got her 3 and half stone award at slimming world. So proud of her. Good luck on your refresh. Look forward to seeing your journey xx
Hi Maria,did I miss it,but I didn’t see you put sugar in the cheesecake,if you didn’t then is that the way they are served in the UK? I was a pastry chef,and a trained chef,so I am interested in the different ways food is made in other countries,I also wonder do people make baked cheese cakes?That is the only sort I make,don’t put water into biscuit crumbs,it isn’t necessary,just the melted butter,then use the bottom of a flat glass to pack the crumbs down.To cut a bottom for a cake tin,take a square piece of paper then fold into quarters,then fold again,like you are making a paper plane,then fold one more time,should look like an arrow,now put the pointed end in the center of your tin,and cut the paper where it reaches the rim of the tin, now unfold the paper,and if you did it right you will have a perfect circle that fits your tin.If it doesn’t google it,then you will see.It will look better when you un mold your cake.😊
I am like you. Cannot have biscuits, cake, crisps, sweets or ice cream in the house as I have got so greedy as I've gotten older and would eat them all until they are gone. When I gave visitors I never have anything to offer them...... and I wonder why I can't lose weight😊😢 13:09 ❤
