  • The Traktorino is a low-cost DIY MIDI controller for DJs! It's totally open-source, based in the Arduino platform.
In this video I will show you how you can make any Arduino Uno, or Mega, that has an ATmega16U2 a true USB MIDI class compliant device.

I having problems to enter em DFU mode with my arduino UNO-R3 (chinese), I try a lot of diferent ways, the closer i could get (show up as "Lilusb..." on device manager) doenst recognize or can't operate. I really think may just work with a AVR USBasp or a atmel compatible hardware. I will try with a original Arduino Uno soon. Valeu Gustavo.

Is there a way to do this with the Adafruit Metro 328 with the FTDI FT231X? I am hoping to make it plug and play for Djay iOS. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Ps: Me formei no antigo CEFET. Bons tempos!

@@gypsyofcruzz200 how exactly do you change the midi name through the HIDUINO site?

  • @fabiovsroque
    @fabiovsroque Před 3 lety

I make the reset, I connect my Arduíno UNO to Atmel Flip. Then hex file generated at Moco Lufa I try to load it at Atmel Flip software and I receive a mensage "Cannot open file". I disconected my Arduíno and tryed again several times, I generate the Moco Lufa hex again, and suddenly my Arduíno UNO turn out dead, it still blinks because the last sketch I uploaded to It, But doesn't appear at COM3 anymore, nor reacts to reset.
I think I damaged my Arduíno UNO for good.
Ok I must have done any dumb thing, maybe I have burnt something at the reset stage.
Nonetheless I think It would be fair to show the process in Windows platform also, It would make things easy maybe.

    Hallo
    My name is simple
And today I would like to get some ideas from the professionals and different people
I recently bought a DJ CONTROLLER called the (HUCULESE INSTINCT P8)
from Amazon, And after a couple of years of using it l found out that i will be replacing the (linear crossfader) now so far I have replaced 3crossfaders in two years.
Now here is where i need some help!
I want to modify this linear crossfader to an optical crossfader, but remember the signal that connects to the linear crossfader is analog but I want to convert it to digital signal by using (LM393)and with the help of( IR SENSORS) to determine the crossfader movements and that's option(1)
Option (2) how can I interface the controller and change the analog signal of the crossfader to digital signal so that I don't have to bother with the conversation process of (LM393). thanks and I will be glad if you answer me
