Greetings Simmers!
This is a creepy build using the new Paranormal stuff pack. LOVE the build/buy and although I don't play with occults much in game, I did have fun making this video and got a little creeped out too!
This is a 2 bedroom ( 1 currently outfitted for a cat) 1 1/2 bath Victorian style home set as haunted house residential but could be played as a non haunted home.

There's a mod called "live in business" that lets you add lot traits to residential lots that allow you to run bars and nightclubs among other things. The title "house of haunts" makes me imagine having some sims living here run a surprisingly realistic commercial haunted house. :P
That would be fun to play!
You just reminded me of an old UK TV show called Rentaghost. In it, they ran a business that....err....rented out ghosts to customers.
So not only is this house BEAUTIFUL but the editing on this video is SUPERB. There is so much story here without having a single line of text. Thank you SO MUCH for this masterpiece! Keep up the amazing work~

I never would have thought that a sims build video could creep me out but you managed to do it without being cheesy! Like that actually made my hair stand on end with the cut scenes and film effects tied in with the music. I'm stoked for spooky season now even though it's only August!

This house and video are the absolute best. I just innocently clicked on it thinking there’s no way you could make the sims creepy. Then my boy Grim jumps out of the shower and I choked on my tea! Lol

Loved this build and the editing a lot!
I probably would have use less light, and maybe more candles and yellow light sources instead of white ones but otherwise this was great.
Especially love the small witch room upstairs and the outside look of the house ✨🥰
