A, since the insurance is going to cover it and you’re renting your home out, what about getting a different material for the countertops? It’s like you’re getting a second chance. The renters might not be so careful. Especially if they have kids. Just a thought.
That’s why it’s so important to get a public adjuster when you have a flood. I had a public adjuster for my situation in my house and I got so much money back and they work for you not the insurance company. Keep it as a reminder, when and if you buy another home.

The same exact thing happened in my house!! Water mitigation, insurance adjuster and a whole lot of stress! But insurance has us covered so we have to relax and trust that everything will work out!! ❤❤❤❤❤
I had a similar issue 2 years ago. I was having daily breakdowns but it all worked out. Insurance will cover power bill too, as the drying fans can spike your bill.

As a tip for your skin, I buy distilled water and only use that for washing my face!! I put it in a spray bottle and spray to wash off face wash. After that a solid portion of Fenty SPF and you will seize the day honey!!! It also works very well to refreshen my curls. Hope this helps 😘

As a tip for your skin, I buy distilled water and only use that for washing my face!! I put it in a spray bottle and spray to wash off face wash. After that a solid portion of Fenty SPF and you will seize the day honey!!! It also works very well to refreshen my curls. Hope this helps 😘
