butoh performance Gyohei Zaitsu improvisation Saint Michel

Gyohei Zaitsu is one of the leader butoh dancers living in France. He gave a performance Place Saint Michel in Paris on 31 december 2007, 5 PM. This is the first part of his performance.
To clim on such a monument is forbidden by the police. They came and they did not interfere. This demonstrates that Parisian police is not one, and some policemen are understanding more than others. They, too, made their own interpretation of the rules.
This event is a great moment of life of Gyohei Zaitsu and for us a great moment of artistic pleasure.
