It's sad to see how excited Six was to show Mono her music box in the beginning....
So maybe the fact that Mono destroyed her music box that made her feel safe and sane, is the reason why she hates him now

@@just_call_me_em Yeah! And to add more to it, I listened to it closely, When Six is hostile it sounds like she's crying. And to add a plus, Since it's a prequel, I played Little Nightmares 1 and I noticed Six's behavior when you don't touch the controller, she keeps looking around for someone and she wipes her eye like if she's crying! So in my opinion, she misses Mono and regrets what she did due to anger!

the more the fight continues, you can really start to hear the desperation in Mono calling Six, as well as the anger, sadness, and fear in Six's screams, its just sad

It kind of hurts bc Mono threw away his paper bag for this, he got rid of the one thing protecting him from the outside world. The moment he tries to accept it, Six betrays him.

@@abdulazim1423 don’t know if you’ve seen little nightmares 1 but I don’t think six is a redeemable character anymore, she devoured one of the small little Gnome children to satisfy her hungry even though they were giving her something to eat,
and about mono breaking her music box in order to save her from being corrupted, I think she felt very raged about it since it was her only source of comfort being held captive as a prisoner by the hunter,
judging how mono grows older and older is indicating how she never went back to save him. So the thin man was stopping mono and trying to take six away so mono doesn’t get stuck in the loop... how sad, poor mono😔

It's very hard to hear. But it you listen real closely, it almost sounds like Six is saying: "Mom... Mommy... Help..." It's very faint, but I can hear it.

So what I’m getting from this, is that Six uses the Music Box to pull her away from Reality, as a way of making her feel comfort. Just like kids, they’re scared of reality and uses the internet to distract them from it. That’s why Six betrayed Mono, because he destroyed the one thing Six loved.
I’m not scared of reality I just have nothing else to do and the thing I’m actually scared of, is the pain that reality can bring so, I live in my fake, comforting world of whatever I make it to be

The colours are representing that he still had some kind of hope or belief that someone / six will return and save him. After he gives up you can see how he puts his head down probably cause he excepted the fact that no one will save him, poor Mono 😔
poor six, all she knows is that when she was being kidnapped by the thin man mono didn't do anything, and the next time she sees him he starts smashing her music box? and she's just a little kid too, i don't think she's evil at all

As dialogue-less as this story is, it tells a heartbreaking tragedy of a failed friendship.
They both tried but failed in doing their best for each other. Mono could have wanted to help Six. He kept her safe as best he could but he basically took her from her home. He saved her multiples times, never leaving her behind but then later set the thin man free even though there's nothing that points to that being a necessity.
It was actually Six who tried to save Mono first when she tried to get him on his feet quickly after the thin man escaped but Mono was too slow. She could have run away immediately but she waited for awhile and then the man took her. Mono then went through great, mind breaking effort alone to save Six. He didn't have to but I assume he cared for Six that much so as to figuratively "descend into hell" to save her but not without hurting her more in the process as they fought. All the while Six had been nothing but helpful until her capture. In the end, she gave up on him first and I can't blame her.

I still wanna point out how six dosent attack mono right off the bat. She's calm, even presenting the box to mono as if showing it off.
I think that's why she drops him. Notice the look she gives him when she's freed. She looked pissed
I think 6 and mono are both victims of fate.
It was probably the thin man doing this to 6 that began her corruption.
And due to her abuse this lead 6 to betray mono when she realized he was the thin man ironically the actions that would turn him into the thin man.
6 would then board the Maw and continue to fall further and further away from humanity while mono continues to lose his humanity within the tower.
A war is probably coming between 2 really powerful corrupted children who hate each other now and I feel sorry for anyone who gets caught in the middle of it.
I’m pretty sure that Six knew what she was doing and was pretty conscious as she was nice to Mono, also what even made Mono think in the first place ‘hEy I NeEd To 𝚜𝙼𝚊𝚂𝚑 DiS mUsIc BoX’

@@ravenwithcall8527 yeah she might not have been happy about it but her music box corrupted her so mono needed to destroy it in order to turn her back to her normal self again, if he didn't she would be a monster forever and become more obsessed with her music box corrupted and distorted as a monster. If mono didn't destroy it little nightmares 1 wouldn't have happened six would just be stuck in little nightmares 2 in pain as a monster, so that's why he destroyed her music box to turn her normal again.

In my personal opinion, the secret end and normal ending should have been swapped. I would have been better thinking Mono died and we see where Six went and have it tease little nightmares 1. But only if you get all the lost children's souls will you find out what becomes of Mono.

I have theory in the final bit of the ending, where Six 'Betrays" mono she sees him for what he truly is. Because all this time she never properly saw his face. She may have somehow knew he was the thin man. In some sort of twisted reality, perhaps six had a superstition all along? What if the thin man is remembering his past, but twisted it into mono's point of view 'Mono may have though he was betrayed' But truely it happened differently?
