I use Chebe oil I mix mines with Shea butter and eucalyptus oil I spay in my hair on clean hair in the morning and night leave in for 7 days and wash out. I use it with coconut and amla oil mixed together. It has a nice smell and my hair grown and become very soft since the breakage I had from post partum.

Everybody mixes oils avocado đĽ and things we should eat for nutrition on our hair.
I followed your advice with just Chebe and water đ§. And just stick to making smoothies with Vegetables and fruit for inside health .
This helps chebe with water. Castor oil on scalp and eating nutrition fruits and vegetables less processed and meat except salmon using the AI diet and its helping with my alopecia.

Itâs apparently itchy on the scalp, which is why we also wrote it shouldnât be used on the scalp.

No it wouldnât damage the hair but low porosity hair doesnât easily absorb heavy products like shea butter. Instead it reacts best to lightweight water-based products instead. Hair porosity affects how your hair absorbs or reacts to certain hair products.
