White Sauce Pasta | Alfredo Pasta | Bechamel Sauce Making | Italian Delicacy

  • * The classic ever so tempting alfredo
    (white / bechamel) sauce.
    * A superhit in any bash.
    * Kids love it!
    * If fresh basil and parsley are not
    available, increase 2-3 olives and
    use mixed herbs instead of dry
    oregano.
    Ingredients :
    penne 1 cup
    olive oil 3 tbsp
    Garlic (crushed) 7-8 small cloves
    Button mushroom 3/4 cup
    Basil chopped 1&1/2 tbsp
    Parsley chopped 1 tbsp
    Plain flour (maida) 1&1/2 tbsp
    Milk 1&1/4 cup
    Green olive crushed 2 pcs
    Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
    Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
    Oregano dried 1/4 tsp
    Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
    full fat cream (malai) 2 tbsp
    (Alternatively butter 2 tbsp)
    * Boil pasta till al dente.
    * Strain and refresh in cold water.
    * Saute garlic,mushroom,basil and
    parsley in olive oil.
    * Cook plain flour till it changes color
    slightly.
    * Add milk.
    * Combine well and slowly bring to
    boil.Make sure there are no lumps.
    * Toss in green olive,salt,black pepper
    powder,dried oregano and chilli
    flakes.
    * Lastly add malai (full fat cream) or
    butter.
    * Serve hot and enjoy.
