I've been a journaler for over 20 years and this year I also started bullet journaling. It really helps me too, to remember stuff to be in a paper notebook. I'm still in the minimalist stage but I do love the look of those bigger notebooks 😉

I’ve never consistently journaled until I started with Bullet Journaling. I find it helpful to see a physical to do list to help me focus on what needs getting done. It’s too easy to avoid digital tools.
