how does the interface on the head unit work after installing one of these? Don't know if you still have this car but it would be interesting to see what its like
I’ve got to ask, why you drilled a hole in your dash? There is no need to have access to the Bluetooth module, why not just leave it behind the head unit where it would be neater?
Hi I have a Honda CRV 2007, for almost a month the clock is wrong. every time the car starts the clock starts from 2 o'clock. I have tried many times but could not set the clock
Are you doing this to connect your phone or music? I can connect my phone to the car with using the voice commands button on the steering wheel without additional installation.
I'm wondering why you put the bluetooth box in that glovebox it's not like you'll need access to it, why not place behind radio out of site and out of the way...don't have to drill any hole. What was your reasoning for placing it where you did? If you have an issue you'll still have to remove radio to get to the wiring harness. Also placing mic by the window you'll pick up a lot of wind noise if window is open, was there not enough length of the mic cable to reach to center of windshield?
Warning! - Beware of how brittle the 15 year old plastic has become when doing this.... i was being gentle but every piece shown in this video cracked for me.. the replacement pieces are over 100 dollars each(used). if the climate control bezel cracks along the top... it will no longer stay in place and just fall into the dash. I suggest that if you run into any cracking or chipping when trying to pry , that you stop immediately. $150 for climate control bezel, $100 for vent cover, $100 for pieces around stereo, $150 for bluetooth module = $500 job. hope this helps. right now my climate control is just laying sideways in the bay because it all the clips broke😢
Thank you Brandon. Helped me save time on my 2009 CRV. But I relocated the mic to the center between the map lights. Much better all around.
Thanks you dude... good information...

You need to wait until August
Then what happens you don't show how yo connect to the bluetooth
Quite helpful. You didn’t connect the Bluetooth before ending your video
Set up Bluetooth with your phone. Under settings on your phone you will find the installed device.
Keep going sir!!!
Hey Brandon where did you purchase the adapter
lovely
Does this Bluetooth device impact the NAVI system from the cellphone?
Do you have the link to the Bluetooth device ?
Crutchfield
Or plug a Bluetooth receiver in the Aux socket.
Are you doing this to connect your phone or music? I can connect my phone to the car with using the voice commands button on the steering wheel without additional installation.
Or just use a Bluetooth transmitter in the cigarette outlet like I do
he also added a microphone which could be your bottleneck to phone calls@@montisino
cause you alrady have the module , man :pppp
Where can I find bluetooth modul?
You can not use the radio (antenna) anymore, can you?
Radio works
Put the box/module where I put for AUX and USB charge PORT access.
What's happens if i don't put the y Cable. Just the box connection
how about crv 2012 no prestige to connect music from phone? help bro!
Very well done installation but bro…the whole point was Bluetooth. This is a fail. Redo the video or edit in that segment. There is no happy ending.
