I better not have to go fucking ingot hunting again.
Lol i feel you on that 😂
True that part was obnoxious
WHY NOT THAT WAS THE BEST THING OF THE PIT MATE.
It was almot the only thing about the pit. @@bossman7278
Especially the ones that glitched into the environment and are near impossible to find.
The thing I love about the Capital Wasteland team is how they're integrating it into the Fallout 4 world. Being able to run through Point Lookout with the same character that defeated the institute is so cool. It's like a near perfect execution of a tale of two wastelands.
Makes me wonder, when all these are done, will some lunatic make a Tale of 5 Wastelands mod, I imagine the save file would set even a NASA PC on fire lol
@@MasterCJ117 lol fair point
Yes , linking those maps. Would make the experience, immersion feel so much more natural. Like you are just travelling to these areas and land scapes like you would be able to just normally traveling to different parts of a country irl. Or something like that. Honestly I would be totally happy to get lost in the Fallout world that way.
This is what fo76 should be. A whole region of America spanning over several states. I realize theyre trying to do that with atlantic city and the pitt but it doesnt really have that feeling since its behind so many loading screens and restrictions. Its insane just how much better modders are at translatinf what the games actually need and i dont understand why these type of people arent the ones in AAA studios.
@@MasterCJ117 I am genuinely waiting for that imagine going through fallout 4 with the same character you used to kill the master that would be sick.
Fallout 1 2 3 NV 4 all in the same engine. And the modern engine.
Would be amazing. Making the wait for Fallout 5 in 2035 is easier. Allowing for more of the fanbase to enjoy the originals.
Hopefully, we also get remakes of 2 mods.
Fallout 1.5 resurrection.
And
Fallout New California.
Considering how bad things are in the world now the whole world will more than likely be a real nuclear wasteland before 2035
Fingers crossed for a 3D Fallout: Sonora
@@jetpilledmyron2056yes! That one is pretty good, it would be great in 3d!
Wonder what actor and actress they’re going to hire to voice The Master since they’re remaking the first Fallout game in 4’s engine. Obviously they can’t rehire Jim Cummings and Kath Soucie because 1. They’re too old. B. Hiring them would be too expensive. And 3. They have to be interested in reprising their roles.
Maybe if Bethesda and Microsoft outsource Fallout 5 to a separate internal studio and not Bethesda Game Studios being that they have their hands full with the upcoming Elder Scrolls VI, we could see Fallout 5 coming in either 2026 or 2027.
Believe it all.. when I see it downloading.

imagine if all these teams combine to make one remake at the time fast instead of waiting for eternity for all of them
Tbf a lotta the “teams” here are only teams due to being friends
Hopefully, a new california can be remade into Fallout 4 New vegas.
california can't be fixed at this point
Is Fallout 4 New Vegas still a thing? I haven't heard from that project in a while.
@@courierbilly blud maybe try following their stuff
@@courierbilly Yeah they have been pretty active on their discord and all the projects are looking for talent.
Yeah no,new california needs an entire story redo.
2:37 this right here, this is how I've always wanted Fallout to look, it looks perfect man
It really does.
Is it too much to ask from Bethesda for us to get a modern day 3d fallout in the style, story telling, and gritty atmosphere of the og fallouts or new vegas, with good graphics? Honestly i feel like if we got one fallout, just a single one like that, all fallout nv fans would careless about what Todd does with fallout afterwards and that would suffice for decades. I miss the music especially. I just don't understand why they won't do it or let tim cain do it. Then they all act dumb and confused why nv fans are always upset, but its because we never got the fallout we wanted and new vegas is as close as it gets, Bethesda has the power to make the fallout we want but they just don't have any interest in doing so and it sucks.
Looks like Mexico
The run away slaves didnt blow up because they stood on a mine, they blew up because they have explosive slave collars on
Project Arroyo will be epic
It’s exactly what I’ve wanted in fallout. I love the story and atmosphere of those games but I’m not sure I’d be into the style of gameplay. But I love the new Bethesda fallout style of gameplay and graphics even though fallout 1 and 2 graphics look great imo for the time and what they were. But I don’t necessarily feel like Bethesda’s most recent entries (4 and 76) have the best stories good but not great like 1 and 2. Merging the two is like a dream come true 😄
I have a hard time getting into Fallout 1-2 because of the isometric style, stupid, I know. Project Arroyo is the answer to that dilemma and I’m excited
08:40 I was literally thinking this when I saw both mods. They’re essentially making the same area and similar locations albeit at different times in different stories. With the projects being such a large undertaking I was literally wondering why they don’t just work together to share resources and assets to cut down on unnecessary workload. Idk but I’m sure they had good reasons. Which is why I’m glad they finally worked it out because now not only can they not waste time on two separate projects making the same area but can work together to make those areas and gameplay even better quality by sharing skills and ideas. Very happy to hear this news.
Getting excited is FINALLY HERE
@@alexwalters35 It's just an affectionate mashup of some of Juicehead's favourite words, don't worry about it ;)
Glad to see the Fallout Appalachia mod is still going on. One of the remake mods I was very excited for, even tempted to toss my hat in the ring for voice acting should the mod author ever send out the call.
i say just go for it, they probably do need people to voice it, i would do it myself if i had some decent equipment to record with.
Shoot for the stars if you get that opportunity, just be sure to warn us if it’s another “frontier” situation… joking of course lol
It's sad to say but I truly believe that we are going to get a mega mod pack for fallout 4 which includes all previous game remakes similar to tale of two wastelands before we get fallout 5
Now that is something I would definitely pay attention to and pay for.
@@jodiepalmer2404 I might finally buy FO4. (That and Fallout: London.)
Honestly, I hope that's the case. Imo fallout 4 still looks good enough visually (moreso with an ENB). I think the real limitation is engine stability and fps drops in cluttered areas.
This gonna get to a point where a modpack is gonna take like 600gbs like Skyrim tends to aint it
@@thisislame2207That's nothing pretty sure the Beyond Skyrim team is trying to make the entirety of Tamriel that shit's gonna be like a terabyte when everything's all said and done lol.
Being optimistic is good but don't get too excited this early. Skyblivion, Skywind, Fallout 4 New Vegas and Fallout 4 Capital Wasteland, all four remake projects still in development despite announced years ago. Fallout New California and Fallout Frontier turn out pretty disappointed. And supposedly the next two projects closest to the horizon is Fallout London and Fallout Maiami which we don’t even know if it is good yet. I certainty hope their projects succeed but let's not pretend we will definitely see this come through.
Of all the projects, Fallout 4: NV looks the most promising
Fallout London looks incredibly promising. Frontier sucked cause of a scandal. The FOLON team, albeit for a passion project, looks far better put together and professional.
Plus, we’ve had an incredible amount of insight and transparency on the project. More than any actual game released. It’d be hard for it to flop.
Plus, we got plenty of snippets of playable content from their mod that shows off the level of quality they’re aiming for. With a release date set on April, it’s a matter of time.
F4NV is more closed off about their development, but also give us some snippets of content, which are also of high quality.
You can already play f4 point look out, and most of these mods still release assets to the public. So it is by no means a fruitless endeavour.
coolest part is the Fallout 76 content idea! wow
Been waiting for the new Vegas mod for a while…I wonder how much longer they have. Not trying to rush them at all; just genuinely wondering
Skyblivion has a 2024/2025 release now, but has been in development since 2011...
Never played fo76 so I'm excited for the fo4 version!
Same here
Despite all of its problems, I really think fo76 has a really cool world with all of those cryptids
Oh we are so back!
With the fallout 2 remake. I am wondering if they are going to use the original plastic explosives for priming and setting it down or not.
You know, it'd be really cool to use the memory den as a way to play the "memories" of previous fallout installments
I'm super excited to see the Pit coming to FO4... I hope the New Vegas team does something similar as well with the DLCs of the other games come as stand alones. I'd love to play through Old World Blues like Point Lookout, and soon the Pit. Would be fantastic to see, and play!
I'm so excited for Fallout London!
THAT is my fallout 5. Don’t care what Bethesda does
There's also Fallout Cascadia and Miami that look fucking dope.
I think V13 can be broadly be described as "Open Map" (?)
You got rather large areas with smaller ones serving as dungeons, not connected as just one ginormous area, and also can simplify the work for devs (is easier to create several larger maps than those same maps + a wide open area that separates them).
I can’t wait for project arroyo
I'm so glad that Pittsburg has survived the war untouched.
Fallout 1 felt like the most heroic fallout would love to play a remake mod of it
Can't wait to try them out. But if fallout 4 gets a update , will the existing mods need a update too?
I recently started a new playthrough of Fallout 1 and I started to seriously think about how cool a remake of that game would be. One of the first things I was thinking about was how the sheer size of the map would make it difficult to depict the whole thing in a single open world, they would have to do a modernized overworld map travel system with an array of in between map cells. I'm so glad that the team that's working on this also considered this, seems pretty common sense but it's a relief nonetheless. I look forward to playing this!
Fallout Appalachia is such a HUGE undertaking. I mean don't tell me devs are actually planning on reding the entire Fallout 76 map.
Are these mods available on nexus? I’m new to modding and pc In general so I’m still trying to find the best place to find these mods
I really hope they find a way to link the Fallout NV mod and the Fallout 3 mod together. Something like the Tales of Two Wastelands mod. Refardless, this is extremely exciting news
Could wind up having a Tale of Six Wastelands if all of these remake mods come out.
They can't, in fact both of those mods will replace fo4's world itself so you can't even play them with any of the other remake mods sadly. According to the devs, it's the only way those mods can be made by replacing the world of fo4 itself.
I am beyond stoked for Vault 13
This channel every 2 months: AMAZING FALLOUT REMAKE MOD COMING OUT SOON SO SOON I SWEAR ITS COMING HERE HAVE ANOTHER UPDATE ON THE MOD THAT IS DEFINITELY COMING OUT SO SO SOON
Super excited to hear it will be expanded. The Pitt is probably one of my favourite Fallout locations, just something about the vibe and feeling of the place really appealed to me, but it was always disappointing how small it was. Always wished it could be something closer to Point Lookout with a fully explorable world space and now it looks like that wish will be granted.
It's going to be so freaking cool. I can't wait to dive back into all of this
I wonder how long after the show will we get a recreation of its setting in game
I don't know much about Fallout modding these days, but these all seem extremely impressive. The developers should be proud.
Where are the links for the voice acting? I’m very interested.
FO1 in first person is really cool to see!
9:38-39 (sort of) ahem one of which is for some reason retexturing codsworth so I refuse to use it before it fixed or copied without the possible bug.
Will this mod be available on console, or just PC?
I use a 16GB M1 air for using R and excel and it’s not bad and gets the job done but if I knew I’d be going into vet school I’d have gotten a windows machine back then
I really hope the Fallout Appalachia mod recreates the Fallout 76 Vault suit and it gets added as a standalone mod because I love that Vault suit and I want to be able to use it in Fallout 4
6:00 woah, ok just gonna ignore what at least my mind just saw.
youve obviously never played fallout 3
That's Dukov's place, clown shoes.
Missing out. Haha - ol' Bethesda themselves created the... Sexlight (my name) for Fallout 3. Incredible, isn't it?
I never noticed that in the original game.
Modders saving Fallout 4 yet again. Enjoyed The Pitt in Fallout 3, but only completed it once many years ago (even before buying the GOTY edition a couple of years ago), Fallout 3 & New Vegas will always be the better of the Fallout franchise.
4 felt like Post apocalyptic Skyrim which still needed mods to actually load faster on my high spec PC
I'm super stoked about these projects. I hope they'll come to fruition. Fallout 1 is really amazing, I wonder how they'd translate it to 3d.
I never understood why Bethesda just doesn't hire the modders to help make their games. But I'm glad the modders do their thing.
is the recent next gen update gonna affect the mods?
76 replay in FO4 will be the add-on to run solo. 😊
76 already is solo-able. The entire game is solo if you never join an event. 2k hours and all played solo. Alternatively, you could even pay the extra subscription and play on your own server/world then it is completely solo.
@@EmKayBasstrue, maybe they meant to say offline lol
Exactly what Bbaaaaa said. Spent 70 when it (FO76) it dropped and couldn't play without PSN or spotty internet. Plus, I prefer to FO4 look and engine plus no one takes friendly fire when dropping gifts or provoked PvP attacks, leaving you looted of your resources.
I heard a long time ago that the capital wasteland mod was canned
Well apparently it wasn't so go us! Too bad it probably won't release anytime soon. Real heartbreak tbh
I just wanna say ... I love the Fallout mod community. They are working on so many cool projects and I hope they all release as intended.
can we just apreciate how f****ing awsome the pitt was?
Ive not been able to play the pit so Im excited :D
The only thing I really remember is you cant eat the baby and the bars are terrible to complete.
\Weird the end audio just cuts off.
there is no way this video is only 2 month old!!???
Sorry, just getting to watch this today. So many exciting projects going on in the Fallout universe, as well as the ones in The Elder Scrolls universe. Labors of love, all. So much passion and talent out there doing so much for beloved franchises. They deserve so much credit and I really hope they’re getting some great support for their efforts. Many larger projects take years and so many people to complete. It’s not easy to strike that balance between nostalgia and modernization, but they’re all managing it!
the problem with remaking fallout 1 & 2 in fallout 4 engine is that they would be more like a small dlc rather than a full game.. for example i recently completed fallout 1 in 3 days of playing the game.. and it was only that slow because the inventory management is so tedious and slow, and the characters walk across the map extremely slow, and its so difficult to check where the loot is and its so slow to do the combat... im guessing when in the fallout 4 engine, it the entire game of fallout 1 wouldnt have much more content than the automatrons dlc.. and fallout 2 would be more like far harbour maybe
This complaint is hilarious, your consumerism is the death of your own ability to enjoy things. wow
@@alexwalters35 i didnt complete fallout 2 recently because it has some places that kept crashing the game.. i like to save scum when dealing with super tough enemies.. it never used to crash on my original game but i dunno if the new version they put something in to make the saves get corrupt if you save reload too often but certain areas it would just crash all the time when killing certain enemies.. like i said, cos i wanna not bother coming back i will just make sure i get all critical hits on super tough enemies and reload if they hit me.. it also crashed constantly in the church with the nightkin in fallout 1 so i didnt do it as they can pretty much one hit kill u.. i save scummed then it crashed constantly so i gave up,.. as for the games having lots of stuff they dont at all you go to an area and it will have 2-3 people who talk and do quests.. most of the houses are often empty most of the people dont talk.. its only cos everything is so slow to deal witht hat you think it has a lot of content... spending 3 hours to kill a ton of rats isnt my idea of fun.. i used to love the games when they first came out now i hate them. fallout 2 pretty much just added more areas to visit but not more content in each and tons more enemies.. now u go thru huge caverns with non stop molerats.. its boring.. back in the 90s when i wasnt old and tired allt he time they seemed like great games.. but i will stick to fallout 3 4 and nv
Ive been waiting on fallout London and neuavo mexico
I really wish someone could recreate 1 and 2
Ok these are some excellent mods.
I loved the Pitt, favourite dlc, but already played it. Doesn't really make sense for me to play the exact same quest line again. Though I appreciate the modders hard work and passion. Never played F1 or 2. So would really be interested in playing Vault 13 or Fallout 2 mods.
Where are the links for the voice acting?
Didn't bother with Stanfield or 76 but I started playing oblivion and Skyrim again. They r really fun games. Love the depth in oblivion even if it's janky. I have fond memories of new Vegas too.
Man all of these look like a labor of love! Visual attention to detail look better than what Bethesda does. I really would love to play Fallout 4: New Vegas
Would love to play that with an enb and color correction that makes it look like fallout 3. Also a fallout 3 ambient music would make it perfect.
I know it might be complicated or maybe even impossible. I really want this skills system from fallout new Vegas to come back as a mod.
How exactly are they making a ton of progress on the Fallout 3 base game? There hasn't been any new footage in 3 or 4 years. It's more likely the other way around where a secondary team is working on the base game.
as long as they take their time on it I'm all for it
They could have reused the voice lines or made it an option with a tool to extract the audio from a (legit) copy of Fallout 3
So the pit and point lookout are playable? Not the base game ? Is that right ?
Just those two yes
how about a Fallout tactics remake
Being that Tactics is... semicanon, it does have merit. Not that industrious modders need BGS's blessing to proceed with development, of course...
The 76 dlc should include America rising 2 support so you can retake Appalachia for the USA.
All of this sounds awesome!
only in our apocalypse will we get HSR from Boston to PGH
Bethesda dropped the ball, stabbed it repeatedly with a combat knife, kicked it across a field and launched a mini nuke at it - when it comes to the Fallout franchise. Glad to see the modders are really putting in the work to keep this franchise alive. ❤
7:53 same with a daggerfall or arena remake… it’s, well I guess technically not impossible, but really hard. And once your done bethesda would’ve already made a remake of a really old game.
Edit: and another 203 Skyrim remakes or a starfield one of which I still haven’t played because series is required to play it and gamepass I refuse to use at least for another few years.
I love that fallout 76 is so bad it's getting backported and will be more popular as a mod
It really doesn’t sound like the original Wernher at all but regardless sounds like a great voice actor
My biggest concern is the difference between a full "remake" vs just a visual "remaster".
So happy that people are still showing this cherished franchise so much love and care. Unlike Bethesda Game Studios unfortunately.
But when are we getting that tactics remake? Huh? (Joking but also I’d unironcally love that)
can i do the voice acting for the nuke when it blows up the town?
Bro, you *have* to try the Slim Pickens "Woohoo!" line from the Dr. Strangelove movie, when you go audition! 😆
@@Gyrfalcon312 i was thinking the French accent from the Bottom Live: Hooligans Island Nuke... google it if you havent seen it
I would really like to see that Fallout 1 remake.
Can someone link to THE PITT VOICE acting request submission links or anything official for that mod project, they aren’t listed on this videos description links. Thanks in advance
Wow so much to look forward too. I hope Bethesda just hires the fallout 3 remake team and makes it an official release.
I hope Carson Street Pittsburgh is still a warzone lol
Been waiting for this for so long. 💯💯
Does anyone else feel like the new version of The Pitt looks a little too dark?
new mic ?
everyone dances around the bonfire until DMCAthesda catches on because a particular dev team couldn't hold themselve back from finishing their project first before blowing their premature unfinished load for everyone to witness and hype for :)
can you imagine playing Fallout 1, 2, 3 & NV all in F4?
I'm assuming these are all PC only?
I hope it’s a remake as opposed to a remaster
So basically in some year from now, fallout 4 will become a mix of all previous games?
Hey mate! Would u like to cover my world record mine explosion video? :) Its the longest mine explosion EVER made in Fallout. :D
I'll believe it when I see it. So far, the only "full" remake mod that's come out has been the Point Lookout DLC remake. As someone who's been waiting what feels like an eternity for some of these mods, I simply lack any more patience or excitement for them. If they ever release, great. I'll check em out. If not... whatever. Like all pipe dreams... they are wonderful "concepts" ...until they become a reality.
It's funny that Bethesda could be making these and we would buy them as DlC's. easy money. Glad the community is stepping in.
They're expanding the expansion? The fallout modding community never fails to amaze me with their work ethic and ambition. Even when the actual professionals that make money off their work dare not try similar feats. I applaud these developers.
I'm looking forward for to this
