Dude being a Dad saved my life bro. I've been raising 3 sons on my own for 7 years since they were 2-3 and still its been amazing. It was ridiculously hard but it gets easier and the reward is something so great I can't explain it. No joy in life can ever come close to being a father.
I love the overall message. Fighting my 'comfort zone' is a perpetual challenge, and something I am always cognizant of. When I feel like I am in a good place, I know it's time for the next challenge.
I need to get back on track with my kickboxing session, workout routine, stretching, studying and reading. I did good in the last semester, getting highest marks in every subject and succeeding on my first belt exam. I just need to stay consistent with it, because I really strayed away from my path since Christmas. Restart again... Let's make this year fire!🔥

This blow up method is some real shit. It got me realizing that I do the same thing. In school, work, or the place that I live, whenever I get too acustomed I tend to change up big parts of my life. I had just gotten used to my new Education, and now I am doing this Exchange in a foreign country. I also was dating a girl that I really liked for a few months, but I wasn't settling for her and getting comfortable. I still prioritized my gym and school routines over her, and maybe that's what ruined it, but I know if I stay on this path, a better girl will come around. Thanks for explaining this method, thinking about it gave me the chills.
Excellent video. Totally agree with what you're saying, but it's not all about your 20s and 30s. 4 years ago I was divorced after 26 years of marriage and I'm doing this now in my early 50s and I think I still have time and I won't give up. It's never too late for this s*** it's not all about being young. It's about not giving up. It's about pushing till you break through, or you break. However old you are, whatever stage of life you're in, you can still do this. Btw love you man, you're an incredible motivator.

Its crazy the motivation you've given me over the years. I started following you back in 2020 and your videos and advice just keep getting better and better. It feels as if your videos were uploaded at the right time every single time. Back in May 2021 I was struggling with a very hot girl that was mentally unstable. Even though I wanted to keep fucking her, I saw one of your videos were you told us very clearly: if this girl plays with you, tell her its over. And thats exactly what I did.

Yup cold showers don’t do a damn thing besides suck. Did an extensive workout the other week leaving sore as hell and the warm/hot shower helped relieve my muscles far better than any cold shower

Since 21 ive been washing my face and learning more about skincare. Cleansers, moisturizers, eye creams, serums, retinols, niacinmide acid, etc ive tried and used.
