ENTIRE BUILD FROM START TO FINISH IN 10 MINUTES. THIS VIDEO WAS MADE WITH A WEB CAM AND ASTRA IMAGE GRABBER SOFTWARE. ALL MUSIC IS FROM THE KILL BILL SOUNDTRACK .
Nice build time lapse video. One of the better that I've seen. I love building Tamiya kits but I've got a beef with Tamiya. They often cheap out and use bushings instead of ball bearings. I understand that they do this because of cost but let's face it, Tamiya kits are NOT cheap. I can understand it on $120 kits but this kit is MUCH more expensive.
BLACKANDYELLOWBLACKANDYELLOWBLACKANDYELLOWBLACKANDYELLOW Haha great job man. I used to cringe at the thought of buying a kit instead of RTR but you make it look quite fun :)
That was awesome! I just finished one of these...it was quite a process. Great filming, now my wife knows what the hell I was doing in the garage until 2 am for the past 2 months! Love the paint scheme too!
i guess Im asking randomly but does someone know of a trick to log back into an instagram account?? I was stupid forgot the login password. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer me
@Bruce Sterling i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and I'm in the hacking process now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
Excellent! You did a great job making this video. I just build mine a week ago. The don't like the stock leaf spring, it's too stiff even just one. I can't find any after market upgrade. I bougth the red soft leaf spring for F350, but it's to long.
@xxxjamaraxxx Thanks for the feedback ..... I just got a KHR 3HV Robot kit from japan and I might do a timelapse build when I get round to putting it together ..... stay tuned !!
@MrSaber392 I spent about 20 hours building the Truck. What you don't see in the video is the time it takes to read the instructions and find all the right parts for each section on the build.
Thank you for this lapse build video! Please, can you make a version with, lets say 1/4 of the speed? It would last about 40 minutes, but it would be easier to stop the video at points for more detail. Cheers.
Tried to watch this again but it seems like the video is no longer available and the link I have on my phone says the author does not allow playback on iPhones. Is this available and why no iPhones?
Hi. No I didn't waterproof anything but I think there are some other videos on CZcams that will show you how. You can use Plastic Dip or fit a watertight box on the back of the truck for the electronics.
Excellent job on the video! The most enjoyment for me with RC cars is the build. Running them is great too!
My god, and I thought I had patience just building my Tundra. Doing all that stop motion would have killed my spirit to live :D

Great video, i am still in awe as to how life like that truck kit is. ie the drivetrain and axles.
wow, never knew how many details were in these trucks. awesome work!
Best Tamiya Time lapse video to date!!
great vid! really shows the complexity Tamiya puts in their kits. Also, nice work on choosing the colors. Really looks nice!

you don't replace the bushing with bearing ? on that gear box
do you find the oil lite bushings are adequate?
The servos are not included right?
How much would something like this cost. Not this kit though I already know its about $600 more than it should be(judging by what I'be found)

So... do was this truck RTR out of the box?
