Marge Is the Worst Mother in the World

- After a nice winter family drive, tragedy strikes and Marge Simpson experiences the worst pain a mother can feel, losing a child. Is she an unfit mother? The courts will decide the fate of her and her family. Then Homer comes to the rescue.
A nice wintery video. So this video was inspired by the opening clip, it was easy to rotoscope maggie out of Marge's arms. And Homer peeking in on Marge as she cradled that bag of potatoes. A pretty straight forward video.

There's nothing wrong with being affectionate towards a sack of potatoes, she just thinks they're neat.
Oh, yeah? Later Marge boiled those potatoes alive!
I know Hans Moleman is brown, leathery, and lumpy, but that's no reason to call him a sack of potatoes.
Potatoes are life... french fries...
@@DarkSimpsons Do we sell “French fries”?
@@fishboi5980 Ever see a sandwich that could take a bite outta you?
She'll probably love Moleman as a son even more because kissing his head is like kissing a potato
I can confirm that.
(No no no no, well Yes)
Loving someone like a son has a whole different meaning in the DSU
Actually like a peanut, but I guess it might be the same effect
She already had a sack of neat potatoes... what more does she want?! Lol

"It's like kissing a peanut."
Oh I was expecting homer to kidnap Bart and Lisa but this is better.
I was expecting Homer to give Marge Maggie's rotted remains, but I couldn't think of an episode that had that.
I was expecting Homer to shoot her, since the original clip was him pointing a gun at her.
Haha all good options!
@@MillRunner That’s what I thought too, it would certainly end her suffering. 😆
SO MUCH BETTER.
I was expecting Marge to open her eyes, see a gun pointed at her face, then have Homer “put her out of her misery”.
Nah, too obvious.
same expectation
Me too lamoo
loool same!
Too predicable. Bartified Moleman was genius.
LOL I would’ve never expected that ending, but it works
Lol now everybody's happy!!
@@DarkSimpsons Except Bart and Lisa.
@@DarkSimpsons But what about Lisa?
I actually thought it would be Homer pointing the gun at Marge like in the episode, but this time pulling the trigger.
@@joannalink6171 i thought the exact same thing.
"What about that freezer lady in Georgia?"
For the people who don't know that was a real thing, some woman in the country of Georgia killed her three babies and put them in the freezer, her oldest kids found the bodies
It's confusing that Georgia is also a U.S. state. 🤔
@Mr Beastnick said "country of georgia"
But that happened in 2008, and the line is from 1997… life really does imitate art.
@@jellywillreturn I just wish it didn't...
When Homer said that it reminded me of when i was watching CoryxKenshin spooky scary sunday 😂
I wonder if it inspired this short film 🤔 czcams.com/video/KOg3gHz3DZw/video.html
Hans Moleman. The cause, AND solution to, everyone's problems!
Haha its like kissing a peanut
@@DarkSimpsons it's actually that quote that put me off peanuts!
The worst part is that it wasn't even her fault
It was entirely her fault. She was the one who married Homer and had children with him. Anyone with any common sense could see it would end badly.
She couldve admitted that she was a bad parent to the judge lol
She jumped out of the car and didn’t think to grab the baby
Everything is Lisa's fault.
Neither did Homer. Both Marge and Homer should have thought about taking out the baby, so in that sense it is equally Homer's and Marge's fault. Also, Homer was the one driving recklessly causing this situation in the first place, while Marge begged of him to slow down.
This one was so good.
I especially loved "Where's Maggie?"
Cause I could never get over how many times the show just forgot she existed.
Lol yeah. I dont think you would have noticed maggie was missing if i didnt add that audio
I thought Marge was holding her?
@@noodlebrains2689 Is she though? Look closely.
Yeah. Even the good episodes did that.
And Homer forgets about her, he said in one episode "..our two kids",
Marge: "We have 3 kids, Homer"
Homer: "Marge, the dog doesn't count as a kid"
Homer: 39
Marge: 19
Bart: 37
Lisa: 20
Maggie: 16 ⬆️

Lisa's Pony, Patty, Reverend Lovejoy, Willie, Eddie, Lou, Gary, Doug, Benjamin, the Krusty Burglar, Mayor Quimby, Barney, Kent, Jeff Albertson, Duffman, Edna, Helen, Snake, Otto, Carl, Kirk, Luanne and Mrs. Bellamy: 1
Bart ones are the worst
I was expecting you. You come late here.
Anyways, i give you a like.
I love how Homer's death count matches his age. If those were their actual ages, Marge would be much younger than her son.
Reminder that Moleman dies more in a typical season of the actual series than in the entirety of Dark Simpsons. Is it something to fix or is it karma going his way finally ?
I like how Maggie and Marge's deaths are almost the same XD
Bart and Lisa may have died in this episode XD
It really is the quintessential Dark Simpsons when you can no longer tell between right and wrong, just like darkness.
Haha i too am confused...
'I feel like I'm gonna die, Bart.'
'We all are gonna die, Lis.'
'I mean soon!'
'So did I.'
Say 'hello' to your new foster father MR. BLACK.
Off to the grinder with you all!
Lol i wonder who adopted them
@@DarkSimpsons - MR. BLACK.
The Podesta brothers.
Lisa: "Where's Bart?"
Everyone else: *Burst out laughing*
Haha totally!
Marge: I'm the worst mother in the world!
Lois: hold my beer
Which is funny because she voiced the judge.
Or is the comment referring to Lois Griffin?
Shows on Fox had a few Lois’ as mothers, lol
@Silverback she is worse than Lois from Malcolm in the Middle for sure
Ha I read that in her voice
*They should hire you for the next season*
Nah, they should give this man his own cartoon series to make. Just hire him and a character designer, he clearly knows how to write good stories.
It would unironically improve the serie.
I would love for Dark Simpsons to air for 30 minutes after tree house of terror on Halloween.
@@Kooobf One series is called a series.
Or, possibly, a serial.
@@SeppelSquirrel thanks you.
Everybody blames Marge but nobody says anything to Homer.
Male privilege.

exactly as planned
payback for Jacque
Well this episode isnt about him now is it?
At least something good finally happened to Hans Moleman.
Lol and marge gets a son. Everybody wins!
You're gay for Moleman.
you won't be saying that when Mr Plow strikes next.
0:22 I always just find it so amusing when the characters tongues go in waves like that.
Haha yes! It only adds to the fantastic screams
But what if...I were to kidnap Hans Moleman and disguise him as my own son? Oh ho ho, delightfully devilish, Homer!

The way Marge treated the sack of potatoes like a baby a bit like an imagination of Maggie also having her crying as well was a perfect dark scene in this imo
Yeah i cant believe i havent found it sooner

"You're not the world's worst mother...What about that freezer lady in Georgia?"
Just like Homer to forget that his youngest daughter froze to death in the lake...if the car explosion didn't kill her first.

@@DarkSimpsons Recently discovered your channel. Your shorts are awesome. Hope you do more Marge and Lisa episodes, perhaps one where Maggie goes trigger happy. More than usual, I mean.
Homer: Don't worry Honey. I know exactly what i'm... whoopsie.
Mr. Moleman: Mom, Dad, I've missed you.
This is the best ending that I see in this Channel. But, ¿Is a happy ending or a sad ending?
It's an ending, that's enough.
Well, Hans Moleman will finally get the love he needs. Bart and Lisa, however, are going to die slowly and Maggie blew up. So yeah, it works.
Both?
Dark Simpsons standards? A good one.
It’s happy for Moleman.
I'd call that a bitter-sweet ending xD
Haha she could do worse... it couldve been milhouse lol
@@DarkSimpsons that's too dark even for me...
@@DarkSimpsons
I imagine Milhouse popping up in front of Marge and saying "wassuuuup!!!"
kinda like how moleman tastes
2:02 Lol Marge watching "Paint your Wagon" to destress...
Haha yez!!! Glad you noticed that haha
Lmao, the music alone was absolutely genius 😆
It must have been a relief to Marge that this time when Homer went away for a while, he was busy brainwashing Hans instead of meeting one of his many lovers.
Hans "Bunk with me" Moleman
Right in the groin
Lol why cant he do both?
Maybe Moleman *is* one of Homer's lovers. 😱 He deserves some love, too. 🤩❤
"Where's Maggie?"
Gone. Reduced to atoms.
Kablamo!
Ironic how the 'foster family' happens to be much worse. I suppose Bart and Lisa's fate could be something for a follow-up or sequel.
Yeah its sad but it happens more often than you think
that was less dark and oddly more wholesome in some sort of weird way.
Lol yeah. Especially for moleman
'I thought my baby knew how to drive', argued the mother at the trial
Haha she has driven before
The transition to Marge fondling a sack of potatoes was incredibly smooth
Lol thanks!
Well, at least Bart never has to play Lee Carvallo's Putting Challenge now. Maybe Hans will like it.
Lol hans prefers bonestorm!
@@DarkSimpsons It's not Christmas without Bonestorm Santa.
They lost their Children, but it's a good thing that they have Hans Moleman as their new Bart 😂
Lol its just as good
The bond between mother and child is so strong that nothing will ever break a relationship like that apart
Except fot hans moleman
@@DarkSimpsons i do not count that
The visual and audio editing is so good that I momentarily forgot that's not what Hans Moleman actually says in that scene.
One of your best endings, this channel continues to amaze me
Haha yes! It was lip synced.
@@DarkSimpsons I thought that, too. Just watched Burn's Heir a couple of days ago. The lip sync really fooled me, though. Nice work! 💪😆
You managed to make the sack of potatoes scene depressing. I applauded you, good sir.
Lol its a good clip. Cant believe i havent used it earlier
Idea: Marge goes full reverse-Psycho with potatoes serving as children.
What about children serving as potatoes?
Delicious fried potatoes
getting a surprisingly happy ending like Bart's not dead is always a great treat
Lol moleman deserves a win
This would be a typical Tuesday for Lois Griffin
Oh god, that was the best one yet. From the ending, to the shoehorning in of Family Wish Show and Paint Your Wagon. Absolutely brilliant.
Haha she has the best taste in tv
Maggie might’ve escaped, cuz she is powerful. Heck, I think she shot quagmire.

At least now Homer's dream of outliving his children will finally come true.
He will never outlive moleman though. Molemans immortal lol
Who knows Moleman's true age, though? Or maybe he's like the mythological Tithonus who lived forever... as an old man. 😆
This was shocking tame by dark Simpsons standards.
Lol an almost wholesome ending...
That was incredible. Probably the best dark simpsons you ever made. Good work!

"We are not bad parents!" she says at a court hearing about the literal death of one of their children.
Hhaha and homer stands there not caring
Haha I love how the car is magically back like nothing happened, yet the sole remaining occupant has not.
Does Bart taste like a peanut now?
Lol it was a different car. Was red.
Bart returned home at the end with his classic catchphrase feast on my shorts.
Great episode. Nice use of combing story and comedy to make something surreal. Hearing the "Where's Maggie" had me crying. The Moleman twist was also pretty funny. Seems like for a while we were getting far too much of the "DO YOU WANNA' SEE MY NEW CHAINSAW AND HOCKEY MASK!!!!". Its funny but it just is a non sequitur, you could throw in anywhere.
Lol yeah the hockey mask clip might be ny favorite of all time. But I'll pull back on it for a while
