This is definitely not true for hot cafe latte, you are supposed to pour the steamed milk into the espresso. But it's different for ice coffee, apparently it mixes better if you slowly heat up the milk by pouring in coffee instead of suddenly putting cold milk in hot coffee
@@JumzTV82 nothing wrong, but "cafe latte" specifically refers to epsresso with steamed milk. This is iced coffee. I just want to avoid confusing people and clarify that its different for each type of latte
@@ckowkay i had my training days not just once but multiple times with different companies. ICED COFFEE is a coffee beverage served cold. It may be prepared either by brewing coffee in the normal way or by espresso machines and then serving it over ice or in cold milk, or by brewing the coffee cold but mostly just coffee alone with sweetener. Cafe latte is different and youre right, without the word "ICED" means that coffee "espresso" mixed with steamed milk. My point when i commented is how the ICED latte is being prepared. Well, its your discretion on how you actually prepared it mostly at your convenience. I just said highlight the coffee kasi cya naman yung bidabida db? And, combining the prepared espresso, sweetener, half and half, milk, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until the ingredients are completely mixed. Pour into glasses and serve with whipped cream, if desired. Thats how ICED CAFE LATTE means to me. I just dont get the point of pointing out the difference of cafe latte and iced cafe latte. Kasi nakabased lang ako sa video na pinost po.
You added the shot to the ice!? You may as well pour it straight on ice and eliminate the tea cup...usually you add the ice and the milk then pour the shot of coffee in 🤔

Or you could add the milk to the coffee and then the ice soo it doesn’t melt as much, making it less watery. Just a thought! ❤️
The coffee wasn’t hot. The cracking noise is what happens when you pour liquid on dry ice

@@amberlee795 you don’t make a latte with regular brew, you make it with espresso. So if they are using regular brew coffee it’s not a latte
