When I downloaded the map, I put DT, HD, HR, FL, PF, with auto on…it said it was 24 stars ☠️
PF doesn't increase starrating

everytime a new video of some highest star map come out you always see ekoro on top of leaderboard
Okay, this map isn't quite as bad as Xeroa or that new circus gallop map (that honestly belongs back in the circus), but it still has no business being qualified, and if it ever happens, it definitely has no business being ranked. This one does seem like an approachable challenge eventually, though - unlike Xeroa or Put an End - so I'm not totally livid. (And by "eventually", I'm talking, like, a decade or so.)
I think that soon there will be many similar maps to play in osu! Lazer

I don't get the purpose of these maps getting ranked. Even with half time nobody is going to be able to pass this. The leaderboard is going to be tons of C rank nfht scores. With Put An End it was cool because it's an actual map, a ridiculously hard one but at least it's an actual challenge that is conceivably doable. These "2-minute-long-12-star-300-bpm-spaced-stream-at-the-end" maps aren't rankable because they're unplayable and weren't designed to be

Well, unlike several of the previous record holders, this one is actually well-thought out and finely executed.
I like how this guy made a video of this beatmap with whitecat's skin and the frames speed as well is same as how whitecat makes videos sick cant wait for whitecat to attempt this

I want to see some 11* map which isn't just tech 350bpm streams but actually some 200bpm jumps or something
If you map 200bpm on 1/6 it could be it
200bpm cross screen jumps with long 1-2 section would be 7.5* at most
cs 10 with constant cross screen jumps for like 20 min might do the trick. idk what song would support that kind of mapping lmao

just because a map isn’t playable by anyone in the game doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be ranked, those who from the heavens came was ranked at a time where almost nobody could even get close to an fc and yet here we are with a hr fc choke. also please be openminded, just because you have no idea what is going on in a map doesn’t automatically make it a bad map, and all it does is show your lack of skill. also dont judge it if you have absolutely zero mapping experience like almost everyone bashing hard maps

@@YumiNeeosu Is there a rule that caps star rating? Its a 12 star map so OBVIOUSLY its not playable in its current day and age and most likely not for a long time. But for a 12 star map its objectively a good map which means its rankable. You can keep complaining about how impossible it is but there is no actual rule that says a 12 star map cannot be ranked. Its just stupid, mappers will always try to set new boundaries its how the game evolves. And people like you will always just mald at anything like this

It's hard to get hyped about this anymore cause we're past the point of realistic attainability, (unless whitecat learns speed or something) like I guess watching the pretty colors and the numbers go up is cool but like at this point its pretty much just a map for show.
Actually something positive to take from this is xeroa is no longer the hardest ranked song, this is 1000x better mapped than xeroa

It's "technically" within the theoretical limit of human ability, that's the same as saying someone is going to run a 9 seconds flat in the 100m dash in the near future. It ain't gonna happen.
