I’ve always always loved this song. It’s full of 1,000,000 emotions. I just don’t understand why this particular one didn’t win an Oscar!!!! As much as I love all the the songs in Tarzan and was equally blown way by the songs and even have special ones that will always connect me to my children, this song in Brother Bear has a depth beyond words and it speaks by its heart! It has a meaning and interpretation beyond words and it comes from inside of us all. It’s like it talks about our souls within us and we can only feel them we we really look through our eyes. Tell him never to forget my native American heritage and that my foster father did to me was wrong. Trying to brainwash me harming me. Because I can hear her voice this song will always hold a special special place in my heart.

This was track 1 and the 1st single from Phil's 2nd soundtrack album "Brother Bear (Soundtrack from the Motion Picture)" and was the 2nd song I learned by this amazing singer, songwriter, and musician and is my favorite. Phil Collins, you rock!

I miss the 2000's days from my childhood back when Disney had good movies. I loved Brother bear when I was 10 years old, I wish I could've had the VHS tape to it, but I loved the soundtrack nevertheless even if I didn't have this movie.
