Kanye / Ye is setting a good example for us. Focus on yourself, operate outside the corporate stranglehold on your creativity, life, energy and financial earning potential.
The truly wealthy buys time
instead of selling it off.
The value of an individual is invested and stored intrinsically.
Thank you for your insights Ethan.

Thanks for capturing this so well. Good to see someone saying it as it is. The corporate environment can be toxic and unfair. Moving from employer to employer, it’s exactly the same scenario.

That's why you act like a mercenary, go to the job that pays the highest, don't care about your CV or "company loyalty"... get a well paid skill and get as much out of them as possible and always be on the lookout for higher paying jobs.
It doesnt matter if the place is toxic if you are not looking to spend your whole life there, just get the money.
Never tell your employer that you are financially stable or aspiring to be so.
If it comes time to cut costs they may choose to cut the person with an emergency fund rather than the single parent with responsibilities living month to month
Very true. Thanks for sharing!
I don't agree. They treat the single moms at my job like trash because they know they can;t go anywhere. However, I do agree that you should not explain your financial situation to your employer.
"productivty wont pay off" - i couldnt agree more
Thanks.

From French prestige (“illusion, fascination, enchantment, prestige”), from Latin praestīgium (“a delusion, an illusion”).
Good point.
I like this guy!
Thanks!
I love the Ye analysis! I’ve seen this play out in numerous workplace environments & those who keep their end goals in focus come out on top more often than not. They may not always get the credit for it, but those who know what’s up know what’s up. 🎯💯💪🏾
Thanks!
Great analysis

Your channel is refreshing, i agree with everything you said. Personally for me, i was tired of climbing the ladder years ago. I just want to have enough money that will allow me to have freedom to do what i want, like traveling, investing. Safe investments and I'd be content. You have a new subscriber. God bless you .
Thanks for sharing, welcome to the channel. More videos on the way!

Try to develop skills that allow you to pursue self-employment, maybe in the long-term, after working for a couple companies.

lol he’s a millionaire from music it’s easy for him to say don’t climb the corporate ladder if not for music he’s probably be trying to climb it himself even if just to build capital for he’s own business later on in life
Interesting point.
Those companies pay good money.. I would work a 8 to 5 there!! ❤
