That's not a plot twist 🤔 that is literally what happened. He was suggesting to his son that Shaq is scary making him saying it, wanting to please his father. Actually the kid never said "Shaq is scary" and he only showed the appropriate reactions to is answers wich were saying yes to the suggestions. It's kinda sad actually but hey, teaches the kid that sometimes, people you love can be assholes and try to control your thoughts one way or the other in certain moments 🤷♂️😅
