I think it would be so amazing if Elizabeth had her own show where she talks about mineral specimens and rough pieces.

Natalie and Elizabeth, thanks for a great episode! I choose Alexandrite, which is(I'm told) is an Orthorhombic crystal. I did Geology in college back in the dark ages at California State College, Stanislaus. It's grown up and is a University now!

I know it’s not what you asked for but I’d honestly like to see an episode where you talked about how different gems get their color. Even if you were to just focus on one color with several gems and how it varies I think it would make for an awesome video. Love your stuff, keep it up!

Can spodumene have six sides and terminated with three on both ends, and you see the little cubic sheets on a face. It is deep purple.
It seems to be cubic but elongated with six sides? But it actualy might be triganal?

I have an idea for a snack relating to the Tetragonal Crystal System. Cheez-Its because Tetra means Four and Cheez-Its have four sides. The color of normal Cheez-Its can even match the color of Tetragonal minerals like Wulfenite or Stolzite.
