Marvin, ryan, and the others are all the same person,just from different dimensions, and the people listening are their variants, but they call each other family and visit each other daily. The reason why they mainly are the same and change every week is because it takes a week to visit each one for one variant. Each person uses the same overlays, but can only use each once per week for that person. That is why it is the same overlays.

Many of these can be explained like at 2:21 thats only with domesticated cats since they aren't use to water. Wild cats such as tigers can still swim.
