Covid is the gift that keeps giving, everything that was on that list is completely normal at this time of year, yes people will die but that's what happens in life, It really is time to grow a pair and stop this nonsense as there is no cure for flu no matter what they try to push in your arm.

I remain surprised that the health or medical agencies in the states did not promote healthy living habits such as: what is good nutrition for maintaining a strong immune system, the value of sleep, and benefits of mild and regular exercise activities. Instead, the usage of masks, social isolation and vaccination were and continue to be discussed. The shutdown initially seemed like an opportunity to utilise media communication tools to educate everyone of healthy habits for a better future.

I'm 60, male, and after 2.5 yrs, it finally found me. Tested positive Tues afternoon. The day before, at about 4 pm, my head suddenly felt very heavy, followed by chills for about 2 hrs. I thought it may have been a delayed flu vax reaction. Went to bed early and woke up that Tues morn feeling just fine and had a normal day with no issues. That afternoon, all of a sudden my voice changed to a deep rasp. I sounded like Barry White. It is now early Thurs morning, and since Tues afternoon, I've had very slight nasal congestion, but can still breathe thru my nose. I have been hydrating off the charts and also doing nasal saline rinses 3 x day and it's been extremely helpful. So far, no fever, no headache, no cough, no chest congestion, no runny nose, no problem sleeping thru night, no loss of taste/smell and no aches or pains (knock wood). I'm Pfizer 3x vaxxed, last booster Oct '21. I've done antibody blood testing on my own thru a local lab for my own curiosity and have had high levels even thru August of this year. I consider myself lucky up to this point. I haven't had so much as a cold since I was 16-ish so had no idea how would react after catching it. I'm hoping that a shoe won't drop or that the pendulum doesn't swing the other way, but for now, I'm battling pretty well I think. Oh, and I tested 3 times to be sure it isn't just a cold. Celiac, BMI 25, slight hypertension at times, no meds.

As a 62 yr young Canadian who lost his job of 20+ yrs to the mandates late last year I must express my gratitude to you Dr. Campbell. Perhaps the only thing larger than that gracious sentiment is my awe at your superhuman level of self control as you continue to bring attention to the obvious. When this is all behind us I really am looking forward to seeing a panel of experts assembled at a local pub who will tell all without looking over their shoulders. I'm not referring to experts at merely intrepreting studies but at doing whatever it takes to consistently speak the truth, if not in words but with raised eyebrows or repeated shrugs of those shoulders which are holding up many of us in this crazy world.
So far at the table I see yourself, Russell Brand, Dr. Jordan Peterson, Rex Murphy, Mark Steyn, Tamara Lich, Tucker Carlson, Neil Oliver, Andrew Bolt and that's just off the top of my shiny head. If anyone out there would be so kind as to submit other names I've no doubt that the list will be lengthy and not just a "fringe minority".
If we can get a complete list together in time, we might consider reserving rooms in Davos at some mutually convenient time for a small debate with some other past dignitaries. That might have to take place when and if they're able to arrange a weekend pass from incarceration, unless there's a hotel in Davos with a dungeon large enough to hold them all?

Then go and do the test in an area where there is this new technology that has been rolled out globally, what you will see is the patch absorbs very very quick in such areas. then ask yourself why is your body absorbing it so very very quick. then you can start asking the right questions!

I live in the United States and yes what you're saying has a great deal of Truth to it. Also if you look in low income areas there are a lot more fast food places than there are grocery stores with reasonable vegetables and fruits to purchase. But I also think a big part of it is laziness. People want things that are quick and easy. Growing up we did not have a lot of money and yet I remember the meals my mother cooked for us always included fresh vegetables and she did a million things with pasta. So I think it has become a cultural issue also. Very complicated situation. And as the cost of food goes up I don't see it being rectified quickly until the people in this country decide they have had enough

When you see candy & coke in your oncologist's office - think - cheap. Cheap snacks, how disappointing. I am a 12 yr breast cancer survivor and my doctors are just now beginning to get on board with recommending an improved diet and vitamin D. 12 years ago, they looked at me as if I had two heads when I asked them to check my vitamin D level. Thank God for my dermatologist who when he heard I had cancer immediately checked my vitamin D, found it low, recommended how much I should take and has monitored my level every year since. He also gave me a book on diet and cancer and recommended a couple of other books for me - all while I was paying the really big bucks to the oncologist!!! Good luck to you. Problem is the cost to do so. Obviously organic food production is the minority so it's reflected in the price. Even more concerning is that rich companies are buying up all the farm land so food will become even more unhealthy so they can make huge profits on its production.

A couple of days in and the headache really hit followed by fever (reached a peak of 39.7°C). After 4 days I finally tested positive with persistant headache, fever and sore eyes. A minor cough developed (with phlegm) with some sporadic sneezing. Not really much of a sore throat. A full week after I first tested positive, I am still testing positive and the headache, although not so intense, is still the dominant symptom. All other symptoms are now almost gone. I have had both vaccinations and the first booster, all Pfizer, although this was about 10 months ago now. In general, it felt like I have had flu. As a child and young adult I suffered with Asthma, but have had no respiratory problems with covid. No loss of taste or smell. Fatigue is of course a "symptom" but it is anyway with most illness. For fitness you should really get aerobic exercise, so walking fast is great, but people often fall into a comfortable walking pace and the improvements stop. You also need resistance exercise like lifting weights as this improves muscle mass and strength, and bone strength is improved also. Muscle mass helps in regulating insulin levels and is just as important as losing weight or improving aerobic fitness. Anything of course is better than nothing, but do not under estimate the importance of doing resistance exercise and maintaining or improving muscle mass.

When I had COVID in January, probably BA1, body aches was the worst symptom, followed by fatigue. After three days I developed a really bad sore throat. Second time I was sick, at the end of June, probably with BA5, again the fatigue was really bad, with a slightly runny nose and a slight sore throat. Both times I had minor fever. It wasn’t a lot of fun but there were definitely many times when I’ve felt sicker.

It's rather sobering to realize that the daily death toll in the USA is still (roughly) equivalent to a jumbo jet (or A320) plane crash - every day, for quite a long time now. It's odd that so little attention is being paid to this. In the aviation industry, having had 400+ fully loaded passenger planes crash (with all lives lost) over the past year would shut down the industry, until they could figure out how to restart in a safer manner.
