speaking in tongues is also speaking something the mind cannot understand, directly to the cells of the body to a sick person, and that person gets healed, the healing of that persons body on a cellular level is the translation, it doesnt always mean speaking a language and the other person translates it linguistically, there are many many forms of speaking in tongues.🙏 the gift of tongues is not discern able to the mind it bypasses the ego/mind (so the ego mind /devil cannot corrupt it)and speaks directly to ones heart.

I used to go to a church where i would sing and then i would go into tongues. The pastor told me that my tongues were wicked and demonic because it didn't sound like any of theirs. They literally made me shut my mouth when it would come out, so they made me stop singing. I ended up leaving because I was discouraged and i felt like God was upset with me and my tongues. I've gained much more wisdom since, but it was a horrible time in my life because of the confusion. So years later, i got an apartment near directly in front of a Spanish church. I used to just open my window and listen to the service on Wednesday nights. One day my sister came to the house and asked me how i could understand what the preacher was saying. I didn't know that the service was 100% in Spanish because I heard everything in English.

I’m so sorry that happened to you. The church often doesn’t realize how they fail us and drive us away.
Pastors are human beings & some don’t understand the gift of tongues. I found a few churches that allow worshiping in tongues. There are churches that don’t want tongues in their congregation, because they don’t understand it. I look to find the right place & time to pray in tongues. Hopefully you’re not discouraged nowadays. I realized some are offended by it & they feel weird about it. I’ve learned not to do that around them. GOD Bless them anyway…
@@jjbird9827 i am no longer discouraged. In fact, i only pray in tongues because I feel it gives me a deeper and closer connection to The Most High. So many people don't realize that our callings and connections are different, but as you said, God bless them anyway 💕💕

Thank you Brethren.... I agree. When reading Enoch, Pistis Sophia, Nag Hamadi... the reading speaks of a language of the spirit. 1 word has a meaning of many words. The ability to speak in the language of the Creator is SUCH A BLESSING. My sister was blessed with the gift..my gift is different. You both are truly blessed to help bring enlightenment to the masses. The Creator and Creation such a symbiotic relationship.
Your experience is a confirmed witness with me; for I have also been able to capture some of the words while speaking in tongues. I then wrote some of the words down and researched them. Afterward, I repeated the words I wrote down. The result was that my entire body and thought forms were uplifted and liberated. In 2019 I was baptized in the Holy Spirit with electricity running through my body in my room, while I was praying in English language my tongue change from english and started speaking a unknown language. I was conscious and trying to go back to english and my tongue would not allow me to, until the Holy Spirit allowed me to go back english.
tongues or water baptism has nothing to do with getting and really being filled with the Holy Ghost.

There must always be someone who can translate, yes? It must benefit one in presence, or it is a clanging gong. I have similar experience, as I can innerstand language of any child or animal whether they speak english or not. I find myself resonating even tho I cannot discern the words, I feel/hear the message another way...thru the heart. I also believe the messages I deliver to many in this time isn't me....its something else. I do not have grace without the presence of god.

Blessings Brothers, I used to rubbish people speaking in tongues I used to rubbish people who shout and praise GOD. I went to a church one day with a friend I couldn’t stop going, I got baptised and one day whilst in fasting and praying in church something happened to me I cannot fully explain but I was beautiful I started speaking in tongues I had no control.

The topic of tongues is controversial. But as always we use scripture to lead the way. From the beginning their was one language (Genesis 11:1). The one language was then confounded (Genesis 11:7). Throughout scripture people spoke in different languages, angels spoke in an actual language (Lot and the angels sent to Lot, Daniel and the angel Gabriel, Gabriel speaking to Mary), even the serpent who deceived Eve spoke in a known tongue/language and so did Balaam’s donkey.
Unless someone can show me in Scripture, I don’t see anywhere, where someone was speaking in a different tongue and it was of something other than an actual language.
In Acts 2, the tongue the men were speaking in were other tongues/languages (Acts 2:4) and the tongue/language which the men heard and understood was in the person’s own/native tongue/language (Acts 2:6, 2:8 and 2:11).
Also, the word tongue is used in plural and singular forms. Acts 2:4 says speaking in other tongues (plural), signifying more than one tongue/language. It doesn’t mean speaking something that isn’t an actual language. In Acts 2:8 they hear them speak in their own tongue (singular) signifying that it’s in their own/native actual language. Also, we read/see clarification of what the word “own” means by them saying “wherein we were born”. You can clearly see here that their “own” tongue is an actual language. It’s the native language to where they were born. Speaking in tongues (that is not an actual language) does not have a link to where someone is born, but an actual language does.
When people talk about people speaking in tongues (that isn’t an actual language) I often hear about people shouting or continuously speaking sounds out loud, they don’t speak to someone as if their having a conversation and they don’t mention an interpretation of the shouting/speech nor can someone there interpret it. In Acts 2 we read about the men speaking and glorifying Elohim’s works (acts 2:11) and have interpretation of what’s being said. Speaking in different tongues/languages would be to spread the gospel, edify and build the church etc. But what purpose does it serve others by speaking in tongues (that isn’t an actual language)?
1 Corinthians 14 is tongues of an actual language. In 1 Corinthians 14:21-22 Paul references Isaiah 28:11 which is talking about an actual language. If he was talking about tongues that are not of an actual language then the same verses he referenced (Isaiah 28:11) would support that, but instead that verse supports tongue meaning an actual language.

Speaking in tongues is speaking the words of the holy scriptures.
The gift of cloven tongues of fire is not only speaking the distinct sounds of the written words of the LORD, but also the talent and ability to rightly divide the word of truth.
Acts 2:3-4
[3] And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
[4] And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Is it wrong For a Christians to become Rasta because if Rasta is true Christianity then I want to be a rasta who still believes in Jesus .

Last weekend i went to my family reunion. One of my Rasta uncles said to me " yuh finally tun rasta now" i assume referring to my locs. I told him that i believed in and love Christ. He told me that true rastas believe in and accept Christ. He told me that he knew since i was a baby, that i would be. He said that sometimes Rasta is already in a person but they don't know because they rely on titles and what they think they should look like. I hope this helps you in some way, i once seeked understanding in this are as well💕
Amen I also felt like growing my beard but I'm a barber and my wife likes the beard but it pinches her when I kiss so I shave it to be comfortable for her but sometimes I feel like expressing myself for Jesus with a full beard because I want nothing to do with the world and at times I smoke cannabis then go pray and read the word of God I feel more sinsear in heart and more connected but I also am afraid that God will send me to hell for using cannabis in that way but anyhow I like being humble and clear of mind so evern when smoking I still trust Jesus Amen.

Yesterday i did a CZcams video on how everyone's path is not the same. Maybe certain people are restricted by God to NOT use it for whatever HIS reasons may be. But they criticize those who can, and they tell them they're going to hell. U basically just have to know God for yourself and let him direct ur path. Follow the laws that u are absolutely sure of and leave the rest to TMH. My husband has a full beard that i love so much, but he said that he thinks that he is judged by it (and his locs), and not given the promotions that he rightfully deserved. There are tongues which are heavenly which was the original Hebrew which was at the tower of Babel.
There are tongues which are demonic.
1.Tongues is a language. Tongues are the discernable languages like Spanish, Italian, French etc. Original tongue (original hebrew - discernable language). and is a gift from Holy Spirit and only comes upon you when Holy Spirit doing the will of the Most High God Ahayah Asher Ahayah "I AM THAT I AM".
2. And even if tongues are a combination of languages for instance aramaic and arkadian - still languages, still discernable.
3. If angel and man/or man and man/or the Most High and man communicate in tongues with each other - still language, still discernable.
For example, according to scripture - If the gift of tongues comes upon you in church, the gift of interpretation must come upon someone else so that they may interpret to edify the congregation.
For example, if you're home and the gift of tongues comes upon you, the Most High will have an angel interpret for and edify you.
Look brothers for you to understand speaking in tongues (tongues is language).....you have to understand that all the prophets are ISRALITES......to understand TONGUES..... you have to understand SLAVERY.... that the ISRALITES were scattered into all NATIONS and wherever they were scattered they speak the language of that nation..... look at colonisation whichever European country colonised a particular country the natives ended up speaking that LANGUAGE......SO WHEN THE BIBLE talks about the gathering of the Jews in Jerusalem every man speaking in their own tongues..... that is what it means..... THE TWELVE TRIBES THAT ARE SCATTERED ALL OVER THE WORLD INTO ALL THESE NATIONS and learning their tongues (languages)...... what the Christian churches do spewing garbage and rolling on the ground is of the devil..... THE MOST HIGH GOD says if you speak in your tongue and there is no interpreter....to edify the listener then hold your peace .......so clearly you see tongues = language.....so when you say if you speak in tongues and you Don't know what you saying.....( that's your words)..... so what that telks you....... the concept of tongues is madness
