my area is a traditional gold mining area and the grade of gold reaches 95. but unfortunately there is no tool as sophisticated as ink to find gold nuggets.
That pan looked like slim pickings to me .. amazed they went for it.

Dave is the employer, I’m assuming his employees get a hourly wage plus a bonus % of gold if successful. Don’t know the numbers but this is a system many mine employers use !

I know it's a long stretch that Dave's going to see these comments but I work in a field other than mining however I work in the forestry industry so technically reminding for something different and different methods but I would really like to say that I went through a very rough time some injuries some very unthinkable things that affected my family my son and I put a wedge between me and work and me and everybody else being able to watch Dave always didn't fix the problem but I was able to feel like the wedge was pounded out instead of pounding in because we have a small operation just like Dave it's more about family and work than it is just a paycheck we all become family new guys old guys in between people come and go but the ones that stay are the ones that realize there's more to it than just 50 acres and then the next job how many paychecks am I going to get out of this one how many paychecks am I going to get out of that one it's more of what can our families do to keep us close what can we do together as a family to involve our families it's very humbling that feeling is and I apologize for no punctuation I'm still getting the feeling back in my fingers and hand so I have to use talk to text and it gets very confusing to try and do punctuation while you're talking hope everybody had a great holiday
