After hearing these last three singles, you’d never guess [m]other was the heaviest album in the Lukas era but it is by far. It’s definitely a roller coaster of an album.
That’s crazy. I feel False Idol is far better in terms of Lukas. Even Matriarch. One of my fav performances from Lukas is probably 350. Song is awesome
The riff in this song feels like ellie crossed with lisbeth and the boppy upbeat cleans of the chorus transitioning into the assertive powerful heavy vocals are just masterful. Love this song!!
Marc Okubo one of the best to ever do it. Somehow always constantly creating new and innovative ways of developing melody and harmonies even though he's the lone gun. Bravo!
At first listen I didn't feel it as much, but it quickly grew on me and is now one of the favorite songs on the album. The vibe, the breakdown and all around it just works so well!

This and Members Only are probably my favourites since the False Idol album. Hope they play both on the tour in October (Although, they are sadly playing with some pretty average heavy bands, so it's looking like we'll get Viscera and the heavier side of Mother).
