I remember once I had constipation so bad my chest was in an insane amount of pain from the pressure applied to my chest by the shit inside of me, so the doctor told me to drink 3 servings of miralax and then another serving every hour until i stopped pooping. And do not drink or eat anything red until it was all over. I was shitting blue (due to the Gatorade I mixed the miralax with) off and on for about 10 hours.

When I was but a youngster, I had a skin tag on my shoulder that for the most part never bothered me. Then one year, I got this amazing coat. This coat was actually fabulous function and form, wrapped in down-stuffed, racing-striped goodness. the only problem was, this was easily the heaviest coat I'd ever worn, and it was beginning to wear on my shoulders.
I didn't let this bother me, I wasn't stocky by any means, quite emaciated actually (a story for another time) but I loved this coat, and it wouldn't leave me for that reason.
Now on to a few years later, that coat was pretty big on me but I had finally grown to fit into it somewhat. Ordinarily this would be cause for joy, but now I had a problem. You see, I had a skin tag on my shoulder, a few inches away from where neck becomes shoulder, and this heavy coat was rubbing it incessantly. I still loved this coat. I had others but I wore this one most frequently, despite the uncomfortable stimulation of my skin extrusion.
It was only a few weeks of winter that year that I noticed a change in my skin tag, it was getting harder at the tip, thinner at the base, and a bit larger- about the size of the first 1/4 centimeter of a ballpoint pen, with the thin part being the connection. By now I hope you see where this is going
I had seen dermatologists before, and never before were they worried about any of my blemishes. This would change as soon after the changes began I had actually already had an appointment scheduled to see my dermo. He was appalled at the sight of my newly-calloused skin tag, and was nervous to irritate it further, so wrote me a note saying I didn't have to wear T-Shirts at school, a tank top would be fine. I guess I forgot to tell him it was this specific coat I loved to wear, but I didn't think about it at the time.
since I never stopped wearing the coat, the progress continued on the callousing of my skin tag, and I noticed the pattern of the skin connecting it was thinning the more this went on. now I was never one to care about my blemished, but this one really irritated me, and seemed almost... Dead. Like there wasn't enough connecting it all to supply it with blood, or maybe it didn't need blood because it was callous and so the vessels naturally decayed, I'm not sure as I haven't finished my medical degree.
I decided to take matters into my own hands. The way the coat rubbed almost felt like it was spinning the thing around in lopsided circles, so I figured, if I complete the circle, this thing will come right off. Boy could I have never been more right. within two twists it popped off. Elation. I was holding this little ball of flesh, so hard and tacky, yet so malleable. Before I knew what I was doing I tossed it between my two front teeth and bit into it's-softer-than-expected material. My autistic brain had found stim Ecstasy. Only for a moment though, because when I felt this sensation on my tricep, I look back and down to see I am bleeding a good stream down my arm and onto the bathroom rug, and the sense of what I had just done washed over me.
I felt ashamed, I felt gross, I felt... light-headed, this blood was making me queasy. I patched up, found the little tag that I threw out of disgust, and flushed it along with my memories of this entire series of events until the boys started talking about skin tags, and eating them.
