Seeing Colin and Mage Knight pop up by the algorithm always creates a small leap of joy! Loved the playthrough and chuckled of your refreshing walk story, oh so familiar 😅

oh wow... thanks for exposing this, i wasn't aware that people were making campaigns for this great game its mostly a solo game for me and adding a bit more story to it sounds fantastic
Love Yours video's. I know Dobromir and he make awsome modifications to Mage Knight like better crystals, blood drops, terrains and a lots more. I will waiting for another gameplay with Ymirg!
I've never seen the circlet of proficiency either and I've played mage knight about 30 times (27 to be exact). Thanks for the video, always a blast to watch some MK and I'll probably get it to the table soon since you made me want to play it again. :)

The board looks really cool with the 3D pieces on and well done to the guys who made this video possible! A top15 list of space themed games will indeed be interesting. Looking forward to that!

So glad you did another one, this fan-made campaign looks awesome! Ahh, I want to get this back out but, alas, campaign games (ISS Vanguard/Etherfields) and a Cloudspire addiction have taken hold of my game table.
@@OneStopCoopShop I was joking! i don't want you doing something you don't find enjoyable. I'm just a proponent that MK is WAAAAAY more fun and epic multihanded. Nothing beats taking down 25+ level megalopolises 3 handed :) PS. If you think it will be too much, I think that after 3 handing Spirit Island (I cannot get past 1 Spirit, too much brain burn), MK 2 handed should be a breeze.
@@OneStopCoopShop There are only 2 times you can have some high brain burn: turn 1 when you try to decide who goes where depending on your hand and the final fight. Everything in between is just every man for him self with occasional: "I'll leave this for you" and "I won't use this die and will spend a crystal because you need the die"
Just downloaded the whole campaign. Should be interesting to try out. The idea of carrying over things like the Sword and Sorcery game is something I always wanted for Mage Knight. Also found special wound cards from Esty that change the game up even further. With all the stuff out for the game it really has an insane amount of variety. Still haven't been able to get the new fan made character though.

At 47:30 you could have explored as well, if you did the move in one turn (not using threaten), and then explore in the next turn with threaten and Brawn. This dwarf has some Very cool and thematic skills! I really like him :)
You should start a career in stop motion animations for board games based on how good you did the intro scene to this video. At least follow up with a 15 minute version of it in the future that tells the whole story you had your character go on in this video.

Nice find this campaign ! Downloaded it and will give it a go ! Thanks for the discovery. Also, do you have your cards mixed up ? Your crystallize card is from the Braevalar deck, most of your cards are from the Goldyx character deck and only a few are from the actual Ymirgh character deck.
Yup I did that so I only have 2 cards that are not from the original printing. Normally I'd just use sleeves but I can't get that to look good on camera!
I was the beast of the east. I was a battlemaster when wizkids was still a mom and pops company. I had the first run of everything back then. Mw, heroclix and mk anyways. I had to be vetted and scrutinized to get that label. I had to take tests like every month or maybe every other month? It was no easy feat really.
Mage Knight and Colin is like PB&Js. I can't ever get enough! Ymirgh is so well done for a fan created Mage Knight!

a heal card seems bad if you never take damage you never get to use it, you will be attacking all the time so take attack cards

I loved MK organized play, and I really got into demoing it with dungeons. Love the MK board game.
Also played a ton of the Mechwarrior Dark Age game before I soured on it.
