This helps me reframe my thinking so much. My word for 2023 is going to be SIMPLE. Part of that simple needs to be re discovering the little me: what does she need? What does she want? Is she happy? It's true! Idk where we get the idea that our 20s is the time in our lives where we get everything together, but it's so wrong and it puts so much unnecessary pressure on us. We end up missing out on what should be a fun and explorative time. In reality, we get to fall apart !! change our minds !! leave things unfinished !! that attitude is what leads us to finding our purpose, I think.
