Can’t remove the lance…. Spent an hour trying and hurt both my hands in the process. Kept getting pinched and really got sore as hell… had to completely skip that part in this video?!

Here is my review of this pressure washer, first off the wheels are too small, and hard to maneuver. The electrical plug is long, which is a good thing, however, the caddie hook is so low on the carriage you have to roll the wire up to about a 6" circle to keep it from dragging on the ground, but rolling it up that tight it will not fit on the storage arm. The hose reel is a joke. Its only purpose is to store the hose. It creates a lot of extra useless work unreeling, connecting then un-connecting, and re-reeling the hose each and every time you want to use the machine. Inferior design. I would purchase the SunJo before I would purchase this machine. The SunJo is taller and has a much better design to hold the electrical cable, hose, and accessories. The power difference is neglectable.

Do you have any return policy if i test it and the pressure was not meeting 3500 psi , can i return it and take money back ? . i want to buy it but i really not believe that's really 3500 psi , no way a 1800watt electric motor can push beyond 1900 psi.. that's 3500 psi is on a gasoline pressure washer territory.. plesse be honest in business, dont lie and uprated the spec..
How to disconnect the spray wond from the handle
Literally my problem right now. It's not coming off and I'm unable to use the soap suds nozzle
I still can't remove the wand from the main trigger gun to use the soap mechanism. (Ignore this comment and everyone else's if you're an asshole)

The instructions are a joke, the wind up wheel for the hose,is useless. You have to unconnect the hose from the supply port on the machine, every time. That means a good chance to strip the connection threads..Very poor design.
