Mitama may be the most childish god ever, even looking like a child, and practically is a divine child, but her observations are bar none, the best ever. I guess this anime isn't that bad, but given how long it took to get good, I feel like I missed out.

1:12 Yeash, the Empire has been long dead since the Emperor died. It's kind of pointless for the Empire to continue since there's no Emperor.
That's why there's suppose to be heirs. Empires are suppose to have someone take their place after they die. That's just how monarchies work.

If you actually analyze deeper plot, this anime/manga has a lot of similarities with horror/rpg games called "Fear and hunger" but with much, much, much more upbeat vibe and with some manga tropes.... (and i mean Fear and hunger goes ludicrously dark...)

You mean Loki? She clearly has a woman's voice. It's what made her disguise as Klem so awkward in the dub when she was using her same voice in her male disguise.
