Congratulations! 🎉 God is good. The house is beautiful. Is this your forever home? As a home investor, I wouldn’t suggest changing a whole room into a closet, just for resale value purposes. For example if a home is 5 bedrooms but you fully transformed a room that it no longer functions as a bedroom. Your house shows as four bedrooms instead of 5. Just a thought.

This is absolutely AMAZING!! God went above and beyond for you, it is absolutely gorgeous!! I've been watching your videos for years and it has blessed me so much and inspired me to continue to trust God. So thank you so much for sharing your faith and life on this platform. I will say that I know someone that has the same cabinets in there bathroom and it opens that way as well and what they told her was because you don't want to open the door where the shower would be but by opening it up the other way would avoid some issues that could mess up the cabinets and told her that it would get some taking use to because it does feel and look awkward for the door to open that way. Just a tip....if you get a pool table, leave enough room for the que stick so it does not hit your new walls when in use.

(aka those upgrades) when you can add them during the time you are in the house raising those kids😘 If they are between $100-$500 you can add them 1 by 1 every 3-4 months. Home Depot and Lowes are adult daycare onbthe weekends. Lol🤣 Otherwise you'll be over-paying for them. Love you guys💕💕
