I work at Panera and I’m luck I get to eat free cause I love the variety I can get everyday. I love the Greek salad and tuna sandwich the best. The Napa is really good too. I have to say, you did really well with the copy cat. 👍👍

I would love this as a series! Panera used to be a go to for me but I agree, it’s changed and not for the better. I still love their tomato soup; it’s always been my favorite thing there and the thai salad was my favorite salad. I have been so sporadically as of late that I didn’t even notice they discontinued it. TFS. It’s such a good reminder (for those of us who love to cook) that making our fav in store meals at home is the better option for more reasons than not!

You could substitute Pillsbury biscuits or eventhe crescent roll dough but yes brush with butter..
We don't have Panera here in British Columbia Canada where I live but my mom use to make those souffles. she used mozzarella, cottage cheese and some cream cheese plus either cheddar or colby cheese. mixing the cheeses together first to make a smooth paste (using your hand mixer) .. it would work great...
I love the spinach artichoke soufflé! I always thought the crust was a croissant. Now I want to try this at home. Maybe with Grands crescent rolls….
My favorite thing at Panera used to be the cream of chicken and wild rice soup - for some strange reason they changed the recipe and started adding in cabbage, which I can’t eat. So I am grateful for copy cat recipes online, I make it myself at home now. loved watching your video - I was a big fan of the Asian chicken salad too.

❤❤❤aaaaahh your child is adorable saying that....😊😊and I believe him because I ve learned how to cook a good meal...because I'm a black women from south Africa 🇿🇦 and we cook the more village style of way...u know...like beans and rice,maize pap and wild herbs or pumpkin herbs,....meat is like a luxury to us only on payday especially if u don't own a fridge or freezer like me😊😊so mam I have learned a lot from you ❤❤❤

I wish I had spent more time, in the kitchen, with my sons. Oh well, they both learned basics and manage just fine. It would probably be quicker for me to tell you which of the recipes I didn’t want to try. I love Panera, but the closest one is about 30 miles away and I agree their prices have gone up. Can’t wait to try the salad🤗
I can usually find the shelled edamame at Walmart, but I’ve never seen the sliced sharp cheddar. Always interesting the different products sold at the different stores. I am in SD.

I always loved the Napa Almond Chicken Salad, but now Panera’s prices are at the point where it’s not worth it anymore. Last time I had it they didn’t even have the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich on the menu anymore!

I just joined freezer fit, finally. The $47 lifetime price and the (unexpectedly) extra money in my grocery budget this month were just what I needed to push me over the edge. One of the first recipes on there is your copycat panera broccoli cheese soup! I thought for sure I'd see it in this video. 😅 Apparently not. That's OK, I get it.
I’m going to make the salad and choc chip cookies. But could you please tell me how does it make a difference if the melted butter is hot enough for chewy cookies?? Never heard of that. 🤔

I thought they changed their chicken sàlad up! I put grapes in mine bc they did and the last time we went, no grapes but it had pineapple in it!!!

I loved Panera but the cost has gotten really high and the quality and service has gotten really poor. The last time I got my favorite oriental chicken salad the chicken was frozen!!
