Throughout your time there they make you watch online learning videos that have tests you need to take. You will do a quiz or 2 then you are given online timed "chapter " tests. You need to have a 85% to pass or higher. When I was working there it was required by our print supervisor to make anyone who worked in the print area to complete theses using their online system. Also they would have you do it while on the clock. During your work shift. You couldn't complete it at home.
