      Would suggest to avoid LIG apartments in any new sectors unless there is a significant budget constraint. The major problem with these LIG flats is their low ceiling height of less than 8 ft. which restricts the use of even a proper ceiling fan safely. Look for a newly constructed 26 mtr. floor instead which would also provide you with better resale.

      Lig is better option as DDA flats give better appreciation
      over long period in comparison to DDA builder floor. You can see history from year 1990 to till date in old DDA flats prices and being gated community with parks and other facility I would recommend for DDA flats in sector 29. Ground floor priced sector 29 starts from 32 Lacs and goes upto 45 Lacs depending on width of road location and corner flat

      @@vinitjoshi3437 You are absolutely right but there is an issue with these flats as highlighted in my earlier comment. The ususal ceiling height in DDA flats is 9.5 ft which allows for easy installation of ceiling fans and keeps the rooms well ventilated. Its not the case with these flats and that has been one of the reasons why these flats have been a major flop right from the start. Only people with a severe budget constraint buy these flats in the resale market even today.
