omg. maggie i feel the EXACT same way about how life has just been a roller coaster lately. And honestly just doing things that make me satisfied everyday has helped. So as long as I am working out or journaling, reading and etc. Then I will definitely go out and do other things. Especially since the world has begun to open up I feel like there’s a lot of pressure to do other things when in reality, just going at your own pace w everything will help you feel more grounded and in routine.
