The saddest past about that Towa VS Fu fight was, towa's grab did more damage than the time she stamina broke fu and attacked till his recovery.

towa is actually god tier... her combos are just really good. she hits fast and has insanely good reach. as long as you dont run into someone spamming the block button your pretty much guaranteed to start a combo everytime you charge in with light attacks... and if they normal block that, end your combo with a heavy and side step as you recover fast enough to get away

Revive auto-recovery is basically if you have KOed teammates it just builds up the revive without you standing in their circle. Is nice if your teammates are just bad.
To answer your question, yes cell could regenerate if dabora turned the spell off. Piccolo regenerated.
