This is a complaint of Muslim ummah to Allah, wrote by Allama Muhammad Iqbal who was given the title of THE POET OF THE EAST.... And HE also wrote the Answer to this complaint himself (Jawab e shikwa) .... And that's a masterpiece as well...!
He died before separation in 1939 (though he is the national poet of Pakistan) so the voice isn't his Ofc... It's ZIA MOHIYO DIN's!

Sanna if you are a Muslim you should read Shikwa by Poet & Philosopher Allama Iqbal. The person who read the Shikwa in the background of Ertugrsl Gazi was the voice Zia Mohi uddin a famous Pak stage & Drama actor and host of many shows in 80s & 90s

İf you don't know Allama Iqbal, it's a shame. He is a popular figure in Indian history especially during independence era. You should read his books to understand who he was. İ would reccommend , 'The deconstruction of religious thoughts in Islam' by him. His speeches were phenomenal. Just search about him, you will be in awe
