Brain fog, fatigue and not sleeping well are residual issues from Covid. Trust me I’m 8 months out and it’s still very real. I also had double pneumonia along with it. Be gentle with yourself. You are truly such a joy to watch. You always have great content to inspire young woman 💕

I wish I could eat pineapple raw but it hurts my tongue! Lol for some reason frozen pineapple in smoothies is fine, but raw on its own doesn’t jive with me 😫
