This was really a special interview. All the mass market interviews cover the same ground and the same lame questions ad nauseum, so this is a breath of fresh air. You can tell it's more enjoyable for Bono and Larry as well, to have a chance to say something a little different and be less practiced in their responses. Thank you for sharing!

U2, the band, has a huge ego. The members themselves are remarkably humble and self aware. It's a beautiful thing to listen to them talk about their long and successful career. Long may they continue to make music and inspire people.

I wouldn't characterize it as ego. More like ambition. They're a band that has always thought BIG, even from their early days. Big ideas. Big sounds. Big shows. It's one of the reasons why they're such an effective arena rock band. Just my two cents.

Must be the interviewer. In case you haven't noticed over the years Bono has great thick hair, no need for a wig.

Nidra Life the current output is still quality but is masked by a desperate desire to stay relevant to whats cool and current. I feel when they do Every Breaking Wave live, they're just trying too hard......they need to go down the experimental road again,,,I hope they do..
