Hey guy... gotta love that lifestyle! cheap boat, good friends, sunny day adventure with not a lot of $s involved. living on the gulf coast. oh yeah! im from pcb, currently land locked in north ga. and i miss it down there. Pro tip.... check your motor mounting turn screws often as the will loosen up with use and put a saftey chain from the motor to the boat transom to catch the motor in the event of a fall off.....carry on sailor! enjoy your stuff...

I'd feel safer with holding Little Jack in the golf cart than walking. Even a careful person can trip. The Criticals are ridiculous though, so I get it.

Had a Sears 1.2 hp air cooled outboard fall off the back of a little dingy and was only tethered to the dink by the fuel line. It was still running under water and spinning in circles, so I had to time the reach-and-grab so as not to lose a finger. Timed it right, hung it back on the transom, and kept on going. I think someone had started to steal the outboard and got interrupted because we had used the boat a bunch that day. Great vids as always!

I was going to suggest one of those collapsible wagons for Little Jack to ride in along with maybe some other stuff until he gets big enough to take up most of the space since it wouldn't take up much space on the boat, but it might not be the best option if you are having to go by mean dogs. Although I have to wonder why those dogs are not secured in a fenced yard if there is a chance of someone getting bitten.

Too much fun!!! Question if you were to launch a hobie cat sailboat at navy point would it be able to go under the NAS bridge to go to white island? I have googled it and couldn't find any info the Mast length: 28 ft 1 in.
Not sure , it would be close.
Generally, launching is not a problem with a golf cart or 4 wheeler as long as the brakes hold. The problem is taking it out. Need enough power and traction to pull it up the ramp. A light boat should be fine.
how much did the trailer and boat weigh. also did you go up any hills when towing?
