Like, why did General Choi Hong Hi think, this stance was the most practical one to use on the battle field, even though you do not protect your face like how you do in modern combat sports/self defense systems.
I am trying to figure out and study the original techniques of Taekwon-Do, so it would be really really cool, if you could make a video about it.

With so many things to cover from stretching to muscle conditioning to strike/kick techniques and forms, I feel overwhelmed and underperforming in all areas. I take karate two hours a day but we only really focus on the last two. What does your weekly martial arts regiment look like so we can be as well rounded as you are?

I've been working on jumping higher for a long time ago and now I really got some results , all that because of you , Thank you a lot . Your exercises are very helpful and good .
When I do splits and grab my legs, I put my chest and belly on my thigh..my head barely touches my knee. But when I saw you do that, your head had crossed your knees.
Is it just because my legs are bigger than my torso? Or should I work harder on these stretches?
Depends. You need to keep your body extended and the stomach should hit the leg first :)

i have learned aerial through your video but now i am facing one problem , when i try to do it on hard surface like road i get too much pain in my hip in that leg which i use to push .. please tell me what i have to do now
Rest if you reinsured. If not, Keep training it indoors to build up strength in the muscles you are using for the movement :)
