This woman is suffering from a condition known as Dementia. When a person has dementia they wander around aimlessly, such that in old peoples’ homes they have self locking doors because if you leave doors not locked half of the ward will go out and wander away . The issue of her knowing that she is ( kurasika pfungwa) it’s called partial insight , before the illness gets worse the person will have episodes where she gains awareness of her episodes of delirium or disorientation. This woman has also visible shakes that to me suggest she also has Parkinson’s disease .
