The "pick and scoop" sysyem is called lösgodis here in sweden, i dont know if you just dont have that in sweden but its like in every single grocery store here in sweden.
It’s actually quite common here but not quite to grocery store level. I love the scoops though as i think it uses less plastic then every single one being wrapped
