That scared look on Hobbs' face when Dom approaches close, he kinda expected a bullet in his head but then you see Dom's chest constricting and him offering a helping hand. This is my favorite scene from the film. Loved it.

It looked like Hobbs team had it under control at first, then that guy with the grenade/missile launcher screwed them over, hit that car that killed 1 or 2 of them. Bit strange though how the last guy who ran towards Hobbs got shot twice in the chest and died even though he must have had a bullet proof vest. I love that Vince was just shooting without aiming but i would have probably done the same with no knowledge of how to use such weapon. Overall one of the best scenes in the movie. Sucks that they killed off Vince, he was one of the OG's.
A bullet proof vest doesn't stop every kind of bullet, they have bullets that are called "armor piercing rounds". A .556 round will go through a vest like a hot knife through butter, a 30 caliber rifle which shoots 7.62 mm bullets which is even more powerful than a .556, and if you get hit by a 50 caliber sniper rifle you better hope and pray the bullet didn't hit anything important when you got shot cause that's the only way you're gonna survive one of them. Believe it or not it's the same thing with helmets in the military, every military issued helmet can easily stop a .22 caliber bullet and even a .22 magnum bullet but if you hit it with a .357 magnum or a .44 magnum it's going straight through the helmet and the head.
@Alex Luca believe me i agree with you. Even if you only get hit in the arm or leg best case scenario is you're gonna have nerve damage and most likely you'll lose some feeling in that arm or leg, either that or it won't function as good as it use to.
They Need to Bring Back Some of the OG's like you Mentioned, Vince was Wounded/Later Killed why not bring Leon back into the fold even a Easteregg/Nod to him Jesse got shot in the Uppercheast so per say even was alive would be in a Coma(Stasis) due to the Excessive Trauma suffered from Gunshot wound,Letty is part of the OG Team & Updated Crew so is Possible to make it work could give Leon Different Role on the Team(Like a Researcher) one collects Intel reports it back to the team,Tech Spots are Covered for Ramsey & Tej So Certainly Possible to have New Role for Team to have to fill.

Hobbs was definitely a welcome addition to this franchise. Made it more watchable. But, it should've ended after 6th movie when the team come back to US, their crime records get cleaned up and a circle gets completed. For some reason they watered down Rock's character later. Also, it became a save the world nonsense instead of cars.

The only accurate thing about this scene is when they are leaving the driver aimed for the rear axel of the truck blocking the way. The most shameful thing is the aimless firing of the P90.
