As someone who has dealt with not eating when I was younger stuff would change my clothes didn’t fit as good and in one day I would notice the scale go up by a pound. When I didn’t eat I lost weight quick and liked how I looked in clothes. So saying nothing happened to you doesn’t mean nothing happens for other people

As someone who had Ana too, I can affirm that weight loss comes from our bodies canibalizing themselves over time, not from the food you didn’t eat in a day.
Damage was done over time. *Damage*, not “weight loss”, because this isnt a healthy process.
In a daily basis, you were just chronically dehydrated and your body was suffering
