    When I first had to adjust to balancing work with managing my chronic illnesses, I couldn't understand why the productivity rules, tricks, and frameworks didn't seem to help me anymore. 🙈
    It took a LOT of mindset work to realize and accept that most of the productivity best practices weren't written for people like me. And it's still so easy to forget, so I figured you could use the reminder too.
    So say it with me: it's okay not to follow rules that weren't written for you in the first place. 🙌

    OMG Getting up super early is not my cup of tea!! Yes being on our timeline is so on point!! Especially when I am afternoon bird. I am at my highest during the afternoon and nightly hours.

    Can't wait to hear from you all - it was SO freeing for me when I realized that I was trying to follow rules irrelevant to my life and started focusing on finding ones that actually fit.
