  • Follow us on the Nan Madol tour organized by the Village Hotel. We go by fast boat to the ancient sea city of Nan Madol, where we explore by foot and kayak. Then after lunch on a deserted island, we go visit some nice waterfall nearby Filmed in April, 2012.
Look on www.TropicalSailingLife.com for more about cruising destinations.

I've been to Nan Madol & it is just amazing! Hard to fathom. But so are the pyramids, Ankor Wat, and many other amazing structures from the past. On another note Pohnpei is just beautiful & I loved staying at the Village Resort. Probably the best place we've ever stayed.

How in the hell could people build this, the walls are like 50 ft high... where did they quarry all this stone? Basalt is hard as fuck what tools did they use? How long ago was it built seeing as some of it is under the pacific ocean? I don't think the answers given by the scientific community have adequately answered these questions at all.

You can say what you want about magic...They could have easily built another small island from the bodies of the workers it took to make it. Don't you try to deceive yourselves by saying something like that is out of humanity's morals.
