It literally makes the meat as tender as butter, but due to the lengthy process, it's usually something left to the gourmets, master chefs, foodies, and those with a whole lot of patience. But if you don't want to wait an entire month for the juiciest steak of your life, go ahead and give our super fast shortcut a try!
Ingredients:
For the herb butter:
- 4 lbs butter
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch of thyme, chopped
- 1 bunch of rosemary, chopped
- 3 chili peppers, sliced
- 3 anchovies, chopped
- zest & juice of 1 lemon
- salt & pepper to taste
For the steak:
- 4-6 lb beef sirloin
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp rosemary
For the roasted vegetables:
- 4 lbs small potatoes
- 2 lbs carrots
- 2 lbs yellow carrots
- 2 lbs purple carrots
- salt & pepper to taste
- rosemary sprigs
- herb butter

I like eating steak as much as the next person but for me I like my steaks cooked well done exactly perhaps I should cook my own steaks someday
I would definitely recommend it. I also prefer a well done steak. People say it's tough but mine have always been tender. My favorite way to cook it is to season with salt, pepper and minced garlic. I put a tbsp of butter and add Worcestershire sauce, onions, peppers, and mushrooms.

IDK, but that steak looks like it would taste amazing.. I saw guga do it as well but that was a dry age experiment. This was loaded with seasoning and looks like it was used while the steak was still fresh. I bet it absorbed some major flavor and was super tender!!!

Ok im just going to say it. This channel used to have interesting and informative tips and ideas. But buying a st ak for $40.00 then dunking into $40.00 worth of butter ....in this economy...no, and its not even interesting.

Why freeze butter around the steak just to melt it off again? Just put butter in the pan.

I don’t know about the physics involved here,meat is 90% water and butter is mostly fat. I don’t think they mix.
